Preview of an episode of 📹 Workout 4 Wins.

This is a powerful snippet from my interview with Seattle’s own @monstah206 – rapper, entrepreneur, and a real one for the community.

We got into big conversations about our Pasefika (Pacific Islander) people - legacy, responsibility, healing, and breaking cycles.

In this clip, I asked him what do you say to youth who can’t see a future outside of the streets or outside of their four walls ?

Thank you you too Monstah for the work you’re doing with youth out in Seattle for pulling up to swim with me for the workout🤣💪🏽
Community building looks like this.

If you care about Pacific Islander representation, youth, empowerment, and real conversation – this one’s for you .

It hurts my pride reading this list😢For our people this stat holds truth not only in the islands but also here in the states😭With our village mentality it only takes one to change the blueprint. Just like getting a regular job or getting in the NFL it only takes one of us to open the door then the village will follow! BE THAT CHANGE FOR YOU FAMILY OR VILLAGE by @monstah206
