Listening to my body versus the plan on my last few runs has been a much needed reset for me. I love having guidance, but also hate being told what to do 😂.

These miles felt really good and it was 100% a progressive run, but on my terms!

And yes, I did successfully coordinate this spur of the moment change of plans with my Husband and Au Pair, while running 🤪.

The kids made it, hubby made it, and I end up beating everyone lol.
