BIG ONE 1️⃣🩵

One year since I chose @burnbootcampsouthcobb and decided to re-prioritize my physical health and commit to consistently moving my body.

In the last year I’ve grown stronger, more confident, been held accountable and gained the best fitness community and friends. The trainers care, the culture is a awesome, and the community is top tier.

If I haven’t screamed it enough, hear me when I say.. giving Burn Bootcamp a try was one of the best decisions of 2024.

Cheers to ONE YEAR, BBC!
Thanks for not letting me give up.. 🥂🩵

With tears in my eyes I am so proud to announce

I am OFFICIALLY 80 LBS DOWN!!!!😭🤩 80 whole pounds!

I don't even know who that girl is in on the left and I never want to know her again! She was miserable and so unhappy with herself. The girl on the right, SHE is proud of herself, she works hard every single day to be the best version of herself she can be, to be a better mama and wife! I strive to show my kids that moving your body is so important to live a happy and healthy life!

Here's your sign, YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!
Find a gym, find a space at home, walk around the neighborhood, but most importantly find you an accountability partner or group! @lisazachmeyer @ashleeemackk @camdunlop_ @tyloradair @maddyappleby1 @ashdunlop have pushed me like never before. They are the reason I am where I am today! I can't thank you ladies enough!

And last but not least I couldn't have done it without @montayla and @yancey1224 and for @burnbootcamphiramga that place is so special to me! 🩵

Pictures are exactly a year apart!

I know I've posted so much lately; and for the ones that are annoyed I'm truly sorry, but the amount of messages I get saying to keep posting that I am inspiring them is what keeps me going. I will forever post if it means someone starts their journey to feel as good as I do🫶🏼

Happy thanksgiving all!

Happy Thanksgiving all!
This is a holiday that I never really understood, today after these last few days I can understand it a little. It means: Quality time, togetherness, care, zeal, family, love and gratitude for ours! These photos and videos are small parts of BIG MEMORIES I had. Simple things in life that sometimes go unnoticed by us, like a simple family dance in the kitchen. Our laughs at practically everything… These last few days were full of laughter, love, memories that will never be forgotten and family! Today, without a shadow of a doubt, I know that I am home, I know that we are a family. Thank you for giving me a Home! I love you with all my heart ❤️
