777 SOBRIETY ANNIVERSARY!
(7th year on 7/7)

Seven years ago this morning, I walked out of a jail cell (DUI) and vowed to do whatever it took to never return. For me that included starting a life with no alcohol or drugs, and dealing with what removing those crutches brought up.

Today I am grateful for:

Waking up feeling peaceful, joyful, and abundant!

An absolute wealth of beautiful friends and family; who I get to enjoy, learn, and grow with.

A powerhouse sponsor who is flexible and adept at getting through to me even in my most difficult moments.

The work. I have worked my ass off for this sense of joy and freedom. It was not easy, and I'm grateful that the hardest part is over.

Having been able to live in eight different countries and many different locations in the last six years.

Living in a place that feels good to me, surrounded by stunning beauty.

A body that works, especially after everything I put it through.

Today. I am locked and loaded for what's next!

Helpful thoughts for an insane world. It is day 84 in A Course in Miracles, loved meditating on this today. As always, we can have grievances or we can have a miracle! #acourseinmiracles #lifecoach #peace #happiness #choice by @montecox

Ever argue with someone who isn't even present? I caught myself doing just that and feeling angry. USELESS!! Here's how I used A Course in Miracles to let. it. go! "You can have your grievance, or you can have a miracle. You cannot have both." Let's choose miracles! #acourseinmiracles #lifecoach #love #peace by @montecox

Inside the Catedral de Sal (Salt Cathedral) in Zipaquirá Colombia. It's a subterranean tour retelling of the story of Jesus throughout several locations and stops, culminating in the beautiful caverns and cathedral in the bottom. Def check it out if you are in #colombia

New hill, new adventure in Bogotá! I love, climbing hills, and seeing expensive views, this one is a stunner! I sent my happy ass down and just took it all in for a while. Perfect way to start the day 🤩🤗🙏🏼

ACIM lesson 69 is about holding onto grievances. I'm going through the workbook again for the first time in six years, and sharing a bit that I find helpful today. It's fun to go through again as I am understanding way more than I could last time. #acourseinmiracles #lifecoach #metaphysics #growth #peace by @montecox
