Here’s an homage to men.

I was lucky enough to have the best father in the world, as a woman, as a girl, and as a baby. I was unexpected. Unplanned. Karmic. And it was interrupting a certain learning period for both my parents. It was my Dad who said I’m going to take time out from my PhD and take a job teaching at a girls school for a year or two while he looked after me. He was certain that he wanted me.

Having a father who always saw, first my intelligence, and second my beauty, meant that he doesn’t refer to me as the cutie cutie girl. He speaks to me as an equal and being both Aquarians, he likes it when I’m weird. Our humour is the thread that binds our Souls. Humour and a Spiritual outlook.

He honours women.

I have many wonderful men in my life. I love them. Simple.

What warms my heart is that, as the examples of misogyny are being spouted by dickheads in the manosphere, I have seen some shining examples of men taking on these fools -fools to quote, who say “ women should be in chains: I only fxxk them to get them to do what I want: no man if he has any testosterone in him should have any reason to be friends with women” (that’s called slavery mate) and what I’ve noticed is that incredible men are showing up all over social media breaking down these conversations and hugely speaking out against it. It’s necessary that great men speak up against foolish men at this present time.

We have eachother’s backs.

Leadership of kindness is the New Era.

So thank you dear men. Here’s to you. I’m tagging a few. 🙏🤍🙏🏾

“Come to me. I’ll take care of you.” Bjork

An invitation for friendship much the way we are open to people we feel safe with. There’s love in the house. There’s trust too. And so I can open my heart and receive you.

Imagine experiencing life like this? We receive the other because we trust.

The world is full of separation. Duality is a hard one to bear and it gives us the excuse to both, always be right and to make someone wrong. It shows the world as harsh and loving. And there is no magical elixir to soothe the jagged edges of existence. We can always find a reason that life is tough and we are the victim and there is a third way and it requires something of us.

This third fork in the path looks as if it is going off into unknown territories but actually loops back straight to ourselves. It is here that we process what occurs as undigestible cruelty, inequality, sadness, grief, and rage. The third path requires us to digest the undigestible, to experience life as acceptance and surrender. For the activist at heart this feels uneasy. The evidence of the horrors of life inflicted upon anybody who is an underdog, is overwhelming. The plot of every Western - bad guy with black hat and good guy with white hat. Don’t fall for the narrative. Two battle it out, one wins , one loses. Shift the paradigm.

No matter how righteous your victim is, it keeps you stuck.

It is by acknowledging that there is duality and within it there are choices that bring us to the third path. We could stay locked in the narrative forever of he did wrong to me. Example: White men have historically made decisions that have impacted the world. True. And some white male leaders are the essence of love, solution, and connection. Also True.

At a mature stage we have to deal with our victim. Scream, cry, talk, listen. Then step powerfully forward. Own it. Love it. Take care of it. And trust yourself. You will lead yourself home.

This is dedicated to my friend Monte who belongs. 👑@montecox

I’m so looking forward to the full lunar eclipse 🌒 on Sunday, which will be visible in London and I know exactly where to go to witness it, Primrose Hill.

I have long been immersed in the spiritual practices of seeing signs, marking important events, being nudged into awareness, seeing spirit animals at a perfect time to remind me of the magnitude of life itself. I am somebody who has lived my life guided by tarot cards and deep instinctual practices. Everything is a ceremony and I mean I practice ritual so often that it compliments everything I do in business, love, life..

And I was just saying to my friend Monte Cox @montecox , the work I am doing right now in Serenité is going to pop big time. The certainty and the knowing that I have walked with this summer has been profound, because there is no evidence for what I know to be true. That this work of legacy is going to be epic and the greatest thing I’ve ever done.

Just like a seed that has been planted in the Earth and for months you do not see any evidence that it is growing, I feel that is what is going on right now. And after this conversation I opened the door to look outside and this is what I saw.. a rainbow. And I’d like to say with a pot of gold at the end of it.. 🌈

The word is reinvention.

As I’ve felt the qualities of this full moon this super moon and the only one of 2024, I can sum it up in the word reinvention..

If you ever felt a deep call like a wolf howling on the horizon, reminding you, you came here to be something. Take a moment, take a breath and ask yourself…

Are you becoming what you came here to become?.

if the answer is I want to go further, I want to feel deeper, I want to express myself authentically and fully in this lifetime, then you’re in for a treat. Tomorrow there is a party of the month, the moon party, and it’s an entry point through The Doorway.

we walk together into Unknown territory.

I open myself to be guided by spirit and there I take you on a journey a guided visualisation where you will unlock the keys and the secrets to your new era .

A live session with @edwinamurphydroomer and myself. So excited!

DM us for the link. 🌕👑🪭

A day with Monte.
Not a Disneyland Jungle ride.
A nice relaxing ride down Rio Carolina to Rio Jessica
Not a lunch at Mickey D’s But defineately a lunch of Mahi Mahi with a “secret sauce”
Not a day for swimming at La Boca. But a day of cruisin’ And we got the biggest surprise!
Not an aligator floating with only his eyes above water hunting
But an underwater fisherman’s head popping up wearing goggles and only to take in another breath before diving under the aquatic riverbank plants (like water hyacinths
And lotus) to continue fishing.
It was such a surprise 😳. It may as well have been an aligator.
We were both startled by this oddity. We would’ve never believed it if hadn’t seen it.

You just can’t capture everything through the lens of a camera but you can catch moments in time through the lens of your eyes…
