Meet David Morancy: "PAIN is the DREAM" 🏃‍♂️

David's triathlon journey started with a friend's Ironman 70.3 training talk — and turned into his first marathon, a distance he never thought he'd conquer.

After finishing the Publix Fort Lauderdale A1A Marathon, everything clicked: if I can do this, I can do anything.

On fear 💪
David once struggled with stuttering and a fear of public speaking. He worked through it with a speech pathologist — and walked across the stage in cap and gown on his last day of therapy.

Mile 17 of his marathon tested him the same way. He wanted to quit. He didn't.
"The miles that matter most are the miles when no one is clapping, when you are all alone. Be your biggest supporter and believe in yourself."

His advice: Believe in yourself. Don't let anyone talk you out of your dreams. The best time to start is when you're scared.

PAIN is the DREAM. And David's just getting started. 🔥
