Grutas Tolantongo, a hidden natural oasis of turquoise hot spring pools, caves, tunnels, and cascading waterfalls built into the mountains. About 3.5 hours from Mexico City, where warm mineral waters flow through every level of the landscape. One of those places that doesn’t even feel real until you’re in it. 🌊🇲🇽 taken in Grutas Tolantongo by @morandonhenry

I’m humbled and honored to be named to the CBC Power 100 list.

This recognition reflects the collective work of so many striving for positive change—honoring changemakers, leaders in law, politics, business, and advocacy who are making an impact across the country. It’s bigger than any one of us; together, we’re advancing progress, justice, and stronger communities.

Join us this Friday as we celebrate these accomplishments and the work that continues to move us forward.

Just a few weeks ago, Me and my cousin had the opportunity of attending the world premiere and red carpet of @sinnersmovie in New York City the powerful new film produced by Ryan Coogler and starring @michaelbjordan
, @haileesteinfeld , @_milescaton_ and @wunmimosaku

The movie officially hit theaters yesterday, and all I’ll say is this: go see it. Don’t let the title fool you, it’s an incredible film. One of those stories that stays with you long after the credits roll.

I rarely post and often forget to share anything from my personal life, but I wanted to share this one.

I never could have imagined that December would be the last time I’d see my dear friend Marquise in person. Losing a close friend for the first time in my adult life is a pain I never expected, and it has left me deeply saddened.

I was truly blessed to have met Marquise over eight years ago. Every moment with him was filled with energy and purpose. We dreamed big, challenged each other, and found joy in the smallest things. late-night talks, celebrating wins, or simply knowing we had each other’s backs. Though only 26, his impact was undeniable. As a leader, he fiercely advocated for his community and pushed for change.

Yesterday’s service was a true celebration of life, fitting for a leader ahead of his time. Hearing reflections from leaders like Virginia House Speaker Don Scott and Senator Louise Lucas showed just how many lives he touched.

Marquise is now in the hands of God, and while his passing has left an emptiness that words can’t fill, I will carry his memory with me always. He was a confidant, someone I could always turn to in both good times and bad. My heart is truly shattered, but I will love you forever🤍🕊️ by @morandonhenry
