to the sport that i grew up with, i want to say thank you. thank you for being not only my every day activity, but my escape from reality, my happy place and mostly importantly, my life.

there's has been many times where ive walked out of the gym saying "i'm never going back." but yet every time, i somehow always ended up in a leo again. back in the gym. doing what i do best.

from the broken back to the moving gyms 700 miles away, i've been faced with many great challenges. But I couldn't have overcame them without my teammates and my family.

all good things must come to an end. maybe not in the way i expected it to, but im thankful for the opportunities i've been given.

i've been trying to figure out what to write for a couple weeks. i've been trying to put the past 4 months into words. and its truly just not possible.

almost 12 months ago, i decided that i wanted to change up my life. i randomly applied for the disney college program after receiving an email saying applications have opened and told no one. after receiving my acceptance letter, i was lucky enough to connect with a random that had a mutual on instagram. (shoutout aniston). putting all my eggs in one basket, i agreed to do this whole dcp thing with her. and boy, i wouldn't change it for the world. mary beth was and still is my go to person during this whole process. from moving in on the same day, to getting our name tags, to going to pick up costumes, to spending every day together, this girl has been nothing short of a blessing. mary beth, i thank god every day for you and the friendship that we created.

this program has not only taught me different types of work ethic, but taught me so much about myself. if you were to have asked anyone around me a year ago, they would have said i wouldn't be able to survive down here without my parents. and for the first time in my life, i could say that they were all wrong. yes i had my moments. but i give so much thanks to my family for constantly telling me i could do it and reminding me that i wanted this. that i chose to make this step and move hundreds of miles away.

disney has always been my second home. and being able to work here as a cast member and make magic for others was truly a dream come true.

to the friends and connections that i made here in disney and at soarin, yall are amazing and i will cherish every moment! thank you for making this experience everything i wanted and more!
