5/22/26 - A Day We’ll Never Forget

I had the immense honor of standing beside one of my best friends when she married the love of her life! Kiy, you were absolutely stunning and it was such a perfect day watching you and Noah promise forever. Noah, thank you for being the man Kiy needs and has always deserved. I love you both so incredibly much and can’t wait to watch where life takes you both! Here’s to a lifetime of joy, laughter, and a happily ever after🥂

Thank you for the best 16 years, gymnastics! 💙🖤🤍

Little me would love to see how far I have come. From the little girl who could barely do her Level 3 bar routine (oh, it was rough 😆), to where I am today. I still struggle with bars, but I have grown so much and am so proud of myself for it.

I cannot even begin to put into words how much competing for the last 11 years of my life has meant to me. The friendships, lessons, experiences, and endless memories this sport has given me go on and on. Gymnastics will always be in my heart, and I am grateful for everything this sport has given me.

Thank you to my family at @perfectbalancetc and @pbtc.aau for everything you have done for me. Seven years ago, @iamhmulvi welcomed my sister and me onto the AAU team, and I am forever grateful she did. Joining the coaching staff while still being a gymnast has definitely not been the easiest process, but it has been so rewarding. Being able to share my love for gymnastics with young athletes has truly warmed my heart. I have been blessed with the best crew I could ask for as my coaches and coworkers during my last season. PBTC will forever be my second home, and everyone there is more than just my teammates and coaches—they are my family.

Thank you to every family member who came to all my meets. Yes, I know they get boring over time, but I truly appreciate that you always showed up for me. I am especially grateful to say that @mcourtem never missed a meet of mine—11 years later. Thank you for every sacrifice, every canceled event so you could be at my meet, the endless late-night dinners, and the long road trips over the years. I could never thank you enough for all the love and support you’ve given me.

🖤💙🤍
