Was craving a change of scenery and some shopping and @oakbrookcenter was the perfect rainy day activity! So many great new stores that made me sooo excited for fall. Sometimes, the best change up is simply a short drive away, and in this case- to the mall 💅🛍️😌 #OakbrookCenter_Partner taken in Oakbrook Center by @morganraphael

Genuinely the most relaxing experience @thenowmassage trying their new “The Face” service. Great for depuffing, lymphatic drainage and releasing tension which I alwaaays need (esp in my jaw). I added the scalp renewal and cannot recommend more. Available at south loop and wicker park locations in the city!! ☁️🧖‍♀️🕯️ taken in Chicago, Illinois by @morganraphael

So long Virgo season and so long summer. The last few weeks have been the perfect bookend to a summer. Has honestly felt like such a grounding season even while busy. Grateful for the sunsets, celebrations, events, people in my life, work outfits (esp Bermuda shorts). It’s been a season that’s taught me the power of slowing down and I’m very grateful 🫶☁️ taken in Chicago, Illinois by @morganraphael

Little jade nail marble action for Virgo season transition into fall☺️. Wanted to spice things up and @loveyou_nailsalon nails it every time with their Russian manicure and is so efficient. Use my name for $10 off your first visit!

I always want to create special experiences with the people I love - and this workout class + meditation was truly my dream day and I feel so lucky!!! Save for Chicago party inspo!

The mantra for the meditation was: “I am living my dream life, and it’s only getting better” 🥹

Another trip around the sun and another year to make my younger self proud. Life feels like it gets bigger every year and it truly keeps getting better🥹🩷🎂. Welcoming 34 with open arms - feeling so full with all of the love in my life and excitement for what’s ahead. No chance this isn’t the best year yet💫
