POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
It’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself, so here’s a little about me…

Born in Belgium, french speaker and left the nest two months shy of turning 18. Since then life has taken me to Singapore, LA, Paris and eventually Australia. These days, Bondi is home.

A few careers later( 👋 Saturn return 😂), life eventually led me here.

About 10 years ago, my long love for yoga became part of my work, as a yoga teacher and then energy healer, bodyworker, sound healing practitioner and a Vedic astrologer.
But underneath it all, I’m forever a student, of life and of what lies beyond and beneath.

Traveling the world is in my DNA. But India has a very big piece of my heart.
Bhakti sits quietly at the centre of much of what I do. Mantra is part of my daily practice, and you’ll regularly find me sitting at the harmonium singing.

My spiritual practice is a huge part of my life, but so is enjoying being human. I’m a true foodie, always keen to meet over a meal, happiest by the ocean, and usually planning the next journey somewhere.

I love sunrises, chai, old temples, walking barefoot, ashrams… and five-star hotels. 😂
I could eat Italian food forever, and don’t get me started on baking!

I own more books than I do shoes and I’ll happily disappear down a rabbit hole about Jyotish, a Sanskrit mantra, Chinese medicine, philosophy or a travel itinerary.

Vedic Virgo rising, Virgo Sun, Pisces Moon. Currently navigating Ketu Mahadasha and Sade Sati, because I don’t do things half way😂 IYKYK
Life rarely unfolds in a straight line and I’m so deeply grateful for it.

I teach yoga, but I’m not attached to the shapes. Rather, I m fascinated by what the full spectrum of practice reveals, the lived experience of Yoga

I practise Jyotish, but I don’t believe astrology should preach or instil fear.

I offer healing, but I don’t believe another person “fixes” you.

The thread running through it all: practice, curiosity, integrity, remembrance and coming back to Self.

I’m still learning. Still travelling. Still practising. Still beginning.

If you’re new here, welcome. And if you’ve been here for years, thank you for for continuing to walk alongside me. 🤍 by @morgs_s

September you came and went! What a month, spring cleaning the path. Sitting right at the doorstep of spaciousness listening from the heart for what the Soul is calling for!
Tuning in the seasonal visionary within (aka liver spirit HUN) sharing its deepest vision, imagination, and a sense of renewed purpose.
Ready, more than ever, to trust the soul’s plan for the heart to keep expanding and the human to keep on growing!
October let’s go! by @morgs_s

Another year passed, and with it, many rings of fire. Jumping through each of them (hello Saturn, Ketu and Rahu) learning, relearning, unlearning, burning through commitment, resilience, integrity and dignity. More on that later.

But for now, this birthday feels rather different. Like an initiation. A stripping away of all identities that no longer serve. Blessings, some in plain sight and others in disguise or revealed in hindsight, and a profound return to the light.
Again and again, yet deeper each time.
A strengthened courage, patience and trust.

Sitting at the threshold of the spaciousness that lies ahead of me, I choose to pause.
To allow the next cycle to unfold, with devotion and surrender at the heart.

Without rushing. Without needing to know.
To rest. To come back inward. Again and again.

In the lead up to my birthday today, I was reminded in many ways that my humility and integrity are both inherent strengths of mine, and that I have created a beautiful life. It took a moment to sink in.

And as life keeps shifting and morphing, I am taking time to celebrate that. To acknowledge it. To nurture and nourish only that which serves the soul moving forward.

And while the human self is still human, feeling all the feels, I continue to steep in the teachings without romanticising the challenges, and without spiritually bypassing the lived experience.

I truly bow to this precious life, and offer my deepest reverence to this path.
To my people, near and far, and their unconditional love.
To the practice. And to my teachers in all forms, as they continue to reveal the Divine plan and guide me towards how I can continue to serve.
Not just through what I do, but through the way I approach life.
With integrity, dignity, grace and candour.
With commitment, courage, dedication and curiosity.

One year for the books.

From my heart to yours,
Thank you for being part of the journey and for the beautiful wishes and blessings on my birthday.

As a September baby, my birthday is just around the corner 🤍 This year, I wanted to celebrate it by turning my birthday into an offering of seva (selfless service)

Since my first journey to India, Amma’s schools and the children there have become very close to my heart.

I’ve had the privilege of spending time with them. From serving breakfast, to sharing conversations, reading stories in English, and watching them learn and grow through the incredible opportunities the schools provide.

From home, I’ve also been grateful to support and help raise funds for different needs and initiatives for the children.

So in the lead-up to my birthday on September 28, I’m raising funds for Amma’s Healthy Breakfast Program, helping nourish the children before they begin their school day.

If you feel called to join me, every offering — big or small — is deeply appreciated. 🤍

Together, let’s turn one birthday into many breakfasts.

Donation link in my bio.

Thank you for them! Infinite Pranams 🙏

Om Namo Narayani
Jai Ma 🧡

Almost ten years ago, something profound shifted within me.
Life began to redirect me onto a path of remembrance.

Unknowingly at the time, the Divine Mother within had been calling.
I still remember the very first mantra I was initiated into:
Om Namo Narayani.

A few years later, I was called to make my first pilgrimage to India and visit the home of Sri Sakthi Amma, who had already presented herself as my teacher… I just didn’t know it yet.

Five pilgrimages later over the last few years, I have been guided, protected and lovingly led, again and again, back to this simple truth: the Guru ultimately lives within.
Through the love, compassion and unwavering presence of Amma, and through the grace of my teachers in all forms and off all timelines—past, present and future—I continue to remember.

Today, I bow in deep reverence and gratitude to every teacher, who has walked beside me.
To those who have encouraged, guided, held and loved me.
To those who have challenged me.
To those who have stayed.
To those who have gone.
And to those who are yet to come.

Each has illuminated the path in their own way; sometimes knowingly, sometimes unknowingly; sometimes gently, sometimes abruptly.

I am deeply grateful for this path that somehow found me, as I continue the lifelong practice of remembering.
Breath by breath.
Step by step.
Forever devoted and committed to expand from a karmic life to a dharmic life.
Forever a student, learning the sacred art of surrender, so that I may remember the light that has always been within.

On this sacred Guru Purnima, may we take a moment to honour all those who have illuminated our path.
May the light of this auspicious full moon continue to illuminate our hearts.
May we find the strength to keep walking the path with courage, integrity, dignity, humility and devotion.
May we continue to listen with our hearts.

However it finds you may you, may we never forget the light and the wisdom we seek that has always lived within us.
May we feel it, may we embody it, may we live it.

Om Namo Narayani,
Jai Ma

Peedam, the forever heart expanding home coming.
As I begin to integrate, this journey has been about connecting some of the more subtle yet profound dots.
Dots that revealed themselves through Vidya (true knowledge) and Jyotisha, the science of Light but that could only truly be felt, embodied and realised through Anugraha (sacred grace), Bhakti (devotional surrender) and constant, sincere sadhana.

To be held by such a powerful Shakti, not only in Her soft, nurturing form, but also in Her fiercest expression, driven by truth, is always such a gift.
A Shakti that strengthens our dignity, our integrity and our devotion.
Not to become so unnecessarily caught up in Maya (illusion) and in the Lila aka the beautiful entanglement of it all but to move through the ever-changing seasons of life with trust.

Whilst no one can escape karma, devotion brings humility and light. It brings a deeper knowing, a deeper understanding that the seasons, changes and challenges are all invitations to continue growing into our highest expression.

Every time I come home to Peedam, held in the protective arms of the Divine Mother, there is this sense of peace.
A clarity. An unwavering trust.
The noise dissolves, and all that remains is service, devotion, and the willingness to consciously move through the layers of our karmic blueprint.

This visit has been so nourishing. Spending time with incredible women, baking to our hearts’ content, being of service, and simply sitting at the feet of the Divine Mother, receiving whatever needs to be received, however and whenever needed. In divine timing.
Knowing the best happens away from the lens.

As my Bhakti and Jyotish journey deepen, interwoven, I have also been reminded of the Divine Mother’s presence all throughout my own chart.
As the process continues to unfold, subtle dots continue to connect, chapters of my story unfolding one page at a time as lived experience.
Beyond the mind, and from the heart.

As I honour the integration process and it’s timeline, I have found myself landing with a renewed courage.
With a strengthened capacity to surrender wrapped in profound trust.
What a blessing.

Often I’m asked which part of India I prefer.
It’s a difficult thing to explain. How do you put words to a place your heart recognises as home?

And whilst Peedam is my spiritual home, no matter where I find myself on this vast and beautiful land, there is always a sense of belonging.

Each time I return to Rishikesh, something settles.
In the embrace of the Himalayas, whose presence has drawn sages for thousands of years.
By Ganga Ma, where hours spent in her waters feel like a balm, a clearing, held by Mother herself.

Landing simply in the rhythm of life here.
Days unfold differently. There is less doing and more being.
From sunrise to sunset, time stretches and softens.
Locals who were once strangers have become friends.
A chai by the roadside.
Temple hopping.
Watching life move around you.
Soul conversations that linger.
Moments of stillness between the noise.
Teachings arriving through the simple act of paying attention.
And each time I leave knowing there is still so much more to discover.

Btw…. @ari.j.hunter and I are going back this October!
Join us on retreat to experience the beauty of Rishikesh!

Ganga blessings. With a strong moon in Pisces, it is no surprise my consciousness expands in water.

Today is Ganga Dussehra - the festival that celebrates the descent of the sacred river Ganga (Ganges) from heaven to Earth.

May we cleanse what needs to be washed away
May we call on Her blessings
May we receive Her healing for oneself and for all
May we be held in love, light and courage
May we always trust in Her flow

Forever grateful for Ganga Ma.
For Her Gentleness and Wilderness
For Her Grace, Her Teachings, and Her Healing

Hare Hare Ganga

9 days of Deeksha — 9 things I noticed

• The body releasing
Heat, dizziness, waves, cleanse then a reset.

• A social media detox = time expanding
More space. Less distractions. Sharpenned awareness.
More presence. Less noise.

• Blessings upon blessings everywhere
Daily 11:11 sightings, double rainbows, little synchronicities. Subtle, but consistent.

• Full moon “hangover”
Emotional, heavy, illuminating. Deep karmas being processed through me with Her radiance.

• Held in community
Humans walking each other home in sangha, in classes, in sound, in energy, in healing touch.
Energy amplified. Not just personal.

• Quiet rituals
Pooja. Harmonium. Tea. Cacao. Books. Ocean
Joyful practice. Uninterrupted study.
Small moments becoming ceremony.
And my beads swallowed by the tide, literally.

• Tools speaking back
Astrology reveals. Tarot pulls landing a little too accurately. Shedding light. Prediction meets reflection.

• Patterns getting louder before they dissolve
The mind revealing itself in loops and stories. Boundaries set. Going forwards only. Clarity expanding. Grace landing.

• Peaceful Silence
Less reaching. Less explaining.
Floating yet anchored. Just being with what is.

As I sat twice daily for my sadhana in front of my altar, the mind settled and the heart spoke.
Less distraction = more truth.
Not always comfortable.
But clear.
Held by the elements
Held by the practice
Held by Amma’s grace.

A remembering of why.

Not the experiences. Not the signs. Not even the process.

But devotion. The vibration of the sacred sounds landing into the depth of my bones.
A party for the soul. A love beyond words.

Sharanam •I take refuge• Repeated again and again
echoing far beyond my human consciousness, into something vast…
as I continue to expand in the classroom of Surrender.
Forever tattooed in my heart. And soon on my skin 😉

Infinite pranams to my teacher, Amma
for the generosity of the profound teachings,
for the ignition and most of all for the unconditional love.

To the Divine Mother in all her forms
Om namo Narayani
