Client love 💕 Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey back to strength training and as you so beautifully said, it goes far beyond the physical. I genuinely love coaching and guiding people to recognise what they’re capable of to build strength, confidence and trust in themselves and their bodies. Yes, we train the physical body, but for me, coaching has always been about so much more than that. It’s about helping people see and step into their full potential 🤍 Big love, Roxy Embodied Movement ~ Beyond the Physical

And all of them were solo trips, or met up with friends for part of them. Solo travel, I think especially as a woman, is the most empowering thing to do!! Exploring new places and cultures and having experiences that change the way we see the world. There’s a confidence that comes when I find safety in spending time alone, enjoying my own company, and figuring out a place that I have NO clue about!! Truly whenever I feel like I have blinders on and am lost in my own shit, getting on a plane or going somewhere new sparks the most inspiration and perspective🫶✨

The most powerful way to shift your state is through sound. If you have been feeling heavy, scattered, or disconnected, this is your invitation to tune back in. Kirtan is the practice of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion). It uses call-and-response chanting to quiet the mind and open the heart. We are thrilled to welcome our community back for a special evening led by Morgane. You don't need to be a "singer" or know the words. You just need to show up, sit in the vibration, and let the sound do the work. Free / By Donation. Book your spot for Saturday 17 Jan, 7pm via the link in our bio (events)
