🚨 **Disclaimer: Stunt Reel** 🚨

Hey everyone! This reel showcases my work as a stunt performer. All scenes were carefully choreographed and executed under strict safety protocols by trained professionals. 🔥💥

**Important Notes:**
- The fighting sequences and weapon handling are part of scripted performances for movies/TV shows.
- Fire stunts were performed with the highest safety measures in place.
- No one was harmed during the making of these scenes.

Please enjoy this glimpse into the world of stunt work, and remember, these actions should never be attempted without proper training and supervision. by @morick_hun

Forever grateful to the amazing @annakresslerphoto for this photoshoot at St Dunstan in the East 🌿
We met on set, and since then she’s become one of the kindest and most talented people I’ve worked with.
She captured these moments so beautifully, and I’m honestly blown away by her eye, her creativity, and the heart she puts into every shot.
If you’re ever looking for a photographer who truly brings out your best, go check out her work — she deserves all the love and recognition. 💛📸

Sharpen your defence like your life depended on it.

For the most part, it’s not what moves or techniques you have stored in your library that saves you from a threat. Learning your natural reactions, your moments of freezing or flinching that will greatly help in resisting that attacker who may be intent in doing damage.

How we bridge the cool shit we learn from martial arts and the impulse reactions we may have under an attack we may not have seen coming is what can help us get better at protecting our space. Staying as calm as we can in a situation where we may get damaged allows us to see possibilities of movement and finishes.

Getting to know and bettering our personal attributes like speed, dexterity, strength, agility, reaction, timing, & situational awareness is equally important. The knowledge we gain helps in understanding the potential and capabilities we have in a violent situation.

It all begins and ends with training.
Be present when you train. Be intentional.

Yesterday I travelled down to London for an incredible day on set. 🙏🎬

I had the opportunity to be part of 🎬🐉 The Fat Dragon – An Underdog Story, playing a kickboxing coach/fighter in some great gym fight scenes.

The film has a real old-school Sammo Hung feel, blended with modern kickboxing and Muay Thai. As someone who’s dedicated most of my life to martial arts, this is exactly the kind of project I grew up watching and always wanted to be part of.

A huge thank you to director Puranjay Saini for the opportunity, and to the incredible cast and crew. It was great working alongside the film’s lead, David, and stuntman and martial artist Attila Hanzel. It was also brilliant to finally meet producer Marton Virag after we’d connected some time ago, and I’m looking forward to hopefully working with Marton again on future movie projects.

While I was in London, I also caught up with Michael, creator of Metamorphosis, to discuss my upcoming role as a gangster bodyguard and helping choreograph an action scene.

Days like this remind me why I never stop chasing opportunities. Martial arts continues to open doors I never imagined, and I’m excited to see where this journey leads next.

Filming took place at the amazing @zakurah_london gym. If you’re in the area, be sure to check it out. It’s a fantastic facility with a great atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Always believe in the power of your dreams. You never know where one opportunity might lead.

34°C in London today… finished work, already sweating, so I trained anyway.

Kicks, punches, spinning kicks, bagwork and nunchaku flow. The metal nunchucks got slippery in the heat and flew out my hand a few times 😂 but we carried on.

No perfect weather.
No perfect conditions.
No excuses.

Just move, adapt, and keep going.

Big thanks to @playwellmartialarts for the nunchucks 👊🏼🔥
