I'm overwhelming grateful and thankful for such a beautiful community and second family I have been blessed with on my journey in Muay Thai.

I was surprised today with a double promotion. I was expecting green and was promoted to green/white!

It might be cheesy to say, but Muay Thai has saved my life in so many ways. And has helped me develop my mental toughness over the last few years.

I can't wait to see what the next leg of my journey looks like, but I hope to not only grow my skill, but I want to grow our women's community in this sport. I'm so lucky to get to train with so many strong women and men that push me to be my best self. I hope to do that for others, as well.

Thank you to my amazing coaches @arjanmoreno
@roman.norris @brandocomando97 and Coach Ray for believing in me, even when I don't. You guys are the real MVPs! 🥊💪🏽🖤
