Loved getting some mat time in with our CJJF ladies this weekend.

They show up, work hard, support each other, and make our team better every day. Proud to have such a strong group on the mats. 💪

Strong women build strong communities.

Today we’re celebrating the ladies of CJJF who show up, put in the work, and refuse to be anything less than powerful. These women prove every day that strength, discipline, and resilience have no limits.

They’re not just training for themselves — they’re paving the way for the next generation of girls who will grow up knowing they belong here too.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who make this academy stronger. 🥋🥊🔥

Tonight at women’s class, Coach Patty @mrs__patrish took a moment to honor our CJJF ladies — flowers in hand, cake on deck, and a reminder that hit deeper than just one night on the mats. 💐🍰

This week marks National Girls and Women in Sports Day, a celebration of the women who paved the way, the progress that’s been made, and the work that still matters. It’s about recognizing that sports — especially combat sports — aren’t just games. They’re tools for confidence, leadership, resilience, and self-trust.

We train not only for ourselves, but for the women who fought for the right to be here before us — and for the girls watching us now, learning what strong looks like in real time.

Every rep, every round, every tough day we choose to show up… it sends a message:
You belong here.
Your strength matters.
And there’s space for you on these mats.

We don’t just fight for ourselves.
We fight for those who came before us.
And we train up the next generation so they never have to ask for permission to be powerful. 🖤🔥
