Day 1,100.

That’s how many days the government has restricted my liberty: 3 + 41 + 111 + 124 + 112 + 709. Convictions: zero. The case behind 236 of those days was dismissed with prejudice.

These are my photos from 2024. The first ones are the eight days before March 15 — the afternoon I left the house to pick up a hand-me-down baby monitor and was arrested at gunpoint by a U.S. Marshals task force and Las Vegas Metro. The charge: a Utah felony for emailing my daughters’ school principal to ask her to give them a hug and tell them I loved them. Achilles was 43 days old.

Every photo after that, Dulce took alone and sent to a jail. One video visit a week in Las Vegas, with our son on her lap. FaceTime every morning once Utah moved me. Months of it.

I left a six-week-old. I came back to a nine-month-old.

The names are on the slides, every one from the record: the detective who signed the felony after one phone call, the prosecutor who arranged the warrant off the record with my feed muted, the judge who said “I don’t think that has to be known,” the judge who denied bail and lied about the warrant date, the judge who found no probable cause on day 235 and sent me home in an ankle monitor anyway.

Two of the offices responsible — DA Sim Gill’s and Sheriff Rosie Rivera’s — are on your ballot November 3. I’m not telling you how to vote. I’m telling you what they did to my family, with the documents to prove it.

This is why I do this work. Not because I read about government abuse — because my family lived it. I can’t get those 237 days back. I can make sure the next family doesn’t lose theirs.

Utah Courts,Judges,Prosecutors,Police are destroying innocent children and families like mine every single day.

Not only do they abuse,terrorize,and harass families,but they are getting rich doing it.

All funded by hardworking Utah taxpayers.

Fully encouraged and supported by @agderekbrown @utahago and @churchofjesuschrist .

What do Utahs domestic viloence coalition and Utahs female victim advocates do to families, fathers, and children?

They completely destroy the family and children involved and damage them permanently for life.

Their first step is to erase the father by abusing Utahs protective order courts, family law courts, and criminal courts.

Typically the father commits suicide or ends up homeless after having his children stolen and kidnapped from his life.

If the father doesn’t commit suicide he typically leaves the state forever and his children never see him again.

The mother and children end up on welfare and become an expense to Utah tax payers.

The mothers don’t receive any alimony or child support because the father disappeared and is most likely self destructing with vices and addiction as far from Utah as he could possible get.

At the rare possibility the father doesn’t kill himself after having his kids erased from his life or fall into some type of addiction and he stays in Utah to fight for his kids.

The state of Utah will make sure he gets bogus criminal charges against him and tie him up in the criminal courts for years.

This way the attorneys, law enforcement, and everyone tied to Utahs government and the courts can make money off a man fighting to be in his kids lives.

Utahs @govcox and @lt.govhenderson worked endlessly with Utahs corrupt legislature lead by speakerbradwilson to give Utahs victim advocate groups $30 million dollars of tax payer dollars in 2023 and passed additional laws to give Utah police a free pass to destroy families and fathers.

Weak fathers and families = Big Strong Governments with all the power,control,and money.

Strong fathers and families = Small governments.

Remember when @westjordanpd lied to @lvmpd and @usmarshalshq so they could kidnap me from my family in Nevada when my son was 6 weeks old?

Here’s two bodycams from @usmarshalshq Charles Hopps P# 176 and Thompson P#45132 on 3/15/24.

Three officers from @lvmpd that I know of that were involved in the illegal arrest and wrongful imprisonment (where I was held in jail 236 days with no constitutional right to bail) were:

E. Pazos P#6817
A. Stephen’s P#11344

The craziest part was how @govcox @lt.govhenderson @govjoelombardo and @aarondford were all involved.

@utahago and @agderekbrown have done everything they can to help cover up the crimes against my family.

Since my release from Salt Lake County jail (yes I was extradited from Nevada at @govcox @lt.govhenderson request) on November 6, 2024 I have been held hostage in utah on home confinement at my parents house in @orem_city (the home I grew up in).

The bogus 3rd degree felony charge for domestic violence that was made up by members of @westjordanpd and @slcountyda was dismissed with prejudice on 2/25/26.

Yet my family and I are still being held hostage in Utah.

Will my family ever get justice?

Not in any court room or by any government (if we do I won’t expect it and it will be a surprise).

Our justice will come by putting a spotlight and exposing Utahs corrupt government for who they are.

The people I have mentioned in this post (along with several others) have zero accountability and believe they are entitled to destroy anyone’s life that they want (that’s why they do it).

I used to try to beat casinos.

I used to try and get good at golf.

I used to flip houses and manage rental properties.

Now all my focus is on destroying the government.

The biggest enemy in this world.

To all of us.

Today I sent the Salt Lake County Board of Health a short comment through its web form, and my full statement is going in for the record. Here is the full statement, word for word.

The Board, chaired by Rusty Vetter, has proposed rewriting Regulation #34, its rule for the county jails. The draft strikes the requirement that each jail “shall” be inspected “at least annually” and makes the pre-opening inspection optional. The county’s own records show no annual inspection at Oxbow from March 2019 to December 2025 and none at Metro in 2021 or 2024 â€” and the department confirmed it has no other reports.

I asked the Board to keep the annual inspection, extend it to the new facility types, make pre-opening inspections mandatory, post every inspection report within 30 days, and keep measuring heat where people sleep. The draft’s new medical, TB and water-reporting protections are worth adopting â€” they’re only as good as the inspections that check them.

The people responsible: Health Department Executive Director Dorothy Adams ($286,618 in 2025 pay and benefits) and Environmental Health Director Ron Lund ($189,491). The Health Fund’s 2026 budget is $78.3 million; the County Jail’s is $145.8 million.

Salt Lake County’s health inspectors end almost every jail report the same way: “Advise & Educate.” Follow up? “No.”

The county’s own rule, Regulation #34, says the jails “shall” be inspected “at least annually.” I asked for every inspection since 2018. The county sent nine, all with zero violations — none for Oxbow between March 2019 and December 2025, none for Metro in 2021 or 2024. Asked whether others exist: “There are no additional records in regard to any item of your request.”

The kitchen reports tell a different story: 10 critical violations at Oxbow in Jan. 2023, including “a tray of dirty weeks old food”; 6 at Metro in July 2026, with a person in charge who couldn’t describe foodborne-illness symptoms. Black mold cited three times, no sample on file. Hot water closed out at 90°, under the 110° rule. No water test on file. No notice of violation produced.

Now the Board of Health, chaired by Rusty Vetter, proposes striking the annual-inspection requirement — even as its own staff recommended bolstering the rule.
