It’s been a week since I returned home from my @spiritweavers adventure. While there, I felt more embodied, free, relaxed, and nourished.

Witnessing women live with such deep intention, love for one another, appreciation for the land, and acceptance of themselves was profoundly impactful & I feel so grateful. I can’t wait to return 🤍

last month’s Creative Table was an Introduction to Woodworking workshop led by Connor Hayes

a noisy, messy, educational, deeply joyful afternoon — and somehow we all successfully made planter boxes to take home !!!

I already can’t wait to have Connor back to lead more workshops with us. he’s incredibly talented and such a thoughtful facilitator.

at the start of 2026, I chose a word—Creation.

and it’s already unfolding in the most beautiful ways.

I witnessed and captured my dear friend @stellacarnegie bring her second baby into the world with so much grace and strength. I turned my old garage into a creative studio. I’ve been nourished by the gifts of my garden. I started The Creative Table—a space to gather, learn, and make. @freebirdwriting and I began a bi-monthly writing group, using words as a portal for self-discovery. and I’m deep in the process of dreaming up what’s next.

what I’m learning about creation is that the most meaningful, lasting things take time. they come from patience, trust, and a steady foundation.

Together, we stepped into the Lunar New Year with intention—moving through meditation, release, and visioning what’s ready to emerge.

We wrote, we let go, we imagined, and we created—each person leaving with something tangible to carry their vision forward.

It was such a special day—one that left me feeling full, inspired, and energized to continue bringing people together to create, connect, and grow.

I return to this often. Creation is medicine. It’s how we process, transform, and imagine new worlds into being.
