I attended the World Cocktail Day at @thebierlibrary in collaboration with @pistola.agave. Loved everything about the place - the food, the drinks, the vibe! Just perfect. I am definitely visiting again! Do try their summer menu - a paradise for mango lovers ❤️🥰

Location - The Bier Library
It’s there in Sarjapur and Koramangala ❤️

Summer, but make it aesthetic 🍸😉✨
Had the most refreshing cocktail tasting at @thebierlibrary , and honestly, every sip was a vibe! From stunning presentation to perfectly balanced flavors — this place knows how to do cocktails right.
The food? Absolutely scrumptious and pairs so well with the drinks. And the ambience… total Pinterest-worthy aesthetic 💫
A big shoutout to @mostly__ali for crafting such amazing drinks, and @angirachatterjee0708 , the guest relations manager, for her warm and thoughtful hospitality 🤍
If you’re looking for the perfect summer hangout spot, this is your sign — go, sip, and soak in the vibe 🌿🍹

There’s always that one drink people think they’ve understood at first glance.

It begins bright, tropical and familiar, then slowly shifts.

Kiwi Orchard opens with fresh fruit and citrus, before a gentle spice lingers just enough to keep you thinking about it.

And before you know it, everyone at the table is trying to figure it out. Some drinks reveal themselves in layers.

There’s always that one drink someone orders when they’re not in the mood for something sweet.

Something sharper. Something savoury. Something a little different from the usual.

Summer Mary is that drink. Clarified tomato, a touch of spice and a balance that keeps it light, bright and unexpectedly refreshing.

And then suddenly someone says, “this is actually perfect for this weather.”

Some drinks just make sense in the moment.

Another one from our Clarified Cocktail collection.

Mango is always the one everyone reaches for.
We just made sure it was worth the reach.

Vodka, clarified mango juice, set with agar agar. Crystal clear, ripe all the way through. The kind of drink that doesn’t stay on one side of the table.

It rarely does.

Another one from our Clarified Cocktail collection.

There’s always that one person at the table who orders something different.

Not the usual. Not the obvious. Something interesting.

Botanical Temperature is that drink. Gin infused with fresh lemongrass, brightened with kaffir lime and clarified until it turns crystal clear and every flavour shows up sharper.

And then suddenly everyone at the table wants to try it.

Good drinks rarely stay with just one person.

One from our Clarified Cocktail collection. Stay tuned for more.

Bangalore summer means a few things.

Warmer evenings.
Plans that start after work.
And tables slowly filling up with cocktails you didn’t originally plan to order.

Our summer menu is built exactly for that - easy drinking, flavour forward and made for long conversations.
