A takeover, a collaboration and a night that kept building. 🔥 Our Corporate Beverage Head, Abhijul Ali, joined forces with Jin Lasner, Brand Ambassador of @pistola.agave, for a bar takeover that brought sharp cocktails, steady pours and a packed house to The Bier Library. The crowd stayed with us, the glasses kept moving and the night only got better from there. 🥂 - - - World Cocktail Day, Bar Takeover Bangalore, Guest Bartenders Bangalore, Mixologists Bangalore, Cocktail Experience Bangalore, Pistola Collaboration, Pistola Bar Takeover, Pistola Cocktail Event, Pistola Mixology Night, Pistola x The Bier Library, Pistola Experience Bangalore, Cocktail Bar Takeover, Craft Cocktail Event Bangalore, Cocktail Night Bangalore, Mixology Experience Bangalore

There’s always that one drink people think they’ve understood at first glance. It begins bright, tropical and familiar, then slowly shifts. Kiwi Orchard opens with fresh fruit and citrus, before a gentle spice lingers just enough to keep you thinking about it. And before you know it, everyone at the table is trying to figure it out. Some drinks reveal themselves in layers. There’s always that one drink someone orders when they’re not in the mood for something sweet. Something sharper. Something savoury. Something a little different from the usual. Summer Mary is that drink. Clarified tomato, a touch of spice and a balance that keeps it light, bright and unexpectedly refreshing. And then suddenly someone says, “this is actually perfect for this weather.” Some drinks just make sense in the moment. Mango is always the one everyone reaches for. We just made sure it was worth the reach. Vodka, clarified mango juice, set with agar agar. Crystal clear, ripe all the way through. The kind of drink that doesn’t stay on one side of the table. It rarely does.
