Limited editions, unlimited rituals…

As much as we love Ginger, playing with memory and flavour is a big part of what we do. That means experimenting with limited editions of Mother Root where the base notes remain the same, so the top notes can sing a different tune.

Organic British apple cider vinegar remains our constant, then we layer in different flavours; some reminiscent of childhood holidays, others harking back to a favourite season.

Our limited editions are our way of telling stories both new and old, so that your end-of-the-day rituals can move with the seasons of your life.

Each batch is limited, and we only sell them a few times a year. Which makes them all the more special.

Mother Root Ginger 🫚
Our fiery and fresh original aperitif. Just four ingredients (organic British apple cider vinegar, ginger, blossom honey and chilli), and four steps (shake 8 times, pour, mix and enjoy the slow burn).
