One pan dinner and a mocktail. Cheers! 🍅 CREAMY BOURSIN CHICKEN ORZO BAKE 🍗 Creamy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor! This easy, one-dish dinner is perfect for busy nights! ⏱ Prep: 5 min | Cook: 40 min | Serves: 6 INGREDIENTS • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed • 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese • 8 oz uncooked orzo • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced • ½ cup grated Parmesan • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning • 1 cup chicken broth • 1 cup heavy cream • 2–3 cups fresh spinach, chopped • Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt & pepper (see below) DIRECTIONS 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with ½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder & paprika, plus ¼ tsp each salt & pepper. 2️⃣ Place Boursin in the center of a 9×13 baking dish. Surround with chicken, uncooked orzo, tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan & Italian seasoning. Add another ½ tsp each garlic & onion powder and ¼ tsp each salt & pepper. 3️⃣ Pour in broth & cream. Gently stir around the cheese, keeping orzo submerged. 4️⃣ Cover tightly with foil. Bake 40 minutes or until orzo is tender and chicken reaches 165°F. 5️⃣ Stir everything together until creamy. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Thin with a splash of milk if needed. ✨ Top with extra Parmesan & red pepper flakes. Enjoy! Still smiling... ✨ Now that we've had a chance to catch our breath and reflect, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate 25 years of Vital Nutrition sponsored by @linwoodshealthfoods. The evening was a chance to look back on the journey so far and, more importantly, to celebrate the clients, customers, collaborators, supporters and friends who have been part of it. Seeing so many familiar faces in one room was incredibly special. A few thank yous to the people who helped make the evening what it was: 🌿 @linwoodshealthfoods for their generous support and fantastic goody bags 💚 @carolynstewartni for being such a valued part of our celebrations 🎶 @swinggals for bringing the energy, fun and fabulous soundtrack to the night 🎂@fjordbakery for creating our beautiful celebration cakes 📸 @madisonmediahq for capturing the highlights of the evening 🏛️ The team at Riddel Hall, Queen's University, for looking after us so well and making everything run seamlessly 🤝 And to the friends and family who rolled up their sleeves and helped behind the scenes on the night, thank you. Events like these are always a team effort. Most of all, thank you to everyone who has supported Vital Nutrition over the years. A warm autumn day, good company and four women making the most of every last bit of golden light. 🍂 We started with glasses of Mother Root Ginger - fiery, zippy and refreshing over ice - and ended the day in the best possible way: Sauna heat followed by a very bracing dip in the lake. The kind of day that reminds you that you don’t need much to make an evening feel special. Good friends, a little heat, a little cold, and something delicious to sip while the sun goes down. ✨🫚🏞️🌄🍹 Here’s to slowing down, laughing a lot and making the most of these golden autumn days. #MotherRoot #MotherRootGinger #GoldenHour #AutumnDays #GirlsDay

Have you ever worried that your business might grow faster than your team can handle? It's something we see with challenger brands all the time. Marketing starts working. Orders increase. New opportunities open up. But suddenly, the operational demands become MUCH bigger too. And without the right people in place, growth can quickly turn into a headache. That's why @motherroot is such an interesting example. Bethan and Alice recognised the importance of building operational capabilities alongside their commercial ambitions, bringing in the right expertise as the business developed. Scaling isn't just about creating more demand… it's about building a business that's actually equipped to deliver on it. 🎧 Revisit the full Mother Root episode of Brand Growth Heroes now wherever you get your pods! #brandgrowth #consumerbrands #operations #founderlife #challengerbrands

Thank you! It’s wild to imagine 30 000+ people are interested what Ethyl and I are up to. Just in time for this milestone she’s fixed after our alternator issues over the last few days and all ready to go for another adventure. Thank you for your likes, for your comments, for your saves and reposts. It’s something so simple yet meaningful for us and I truly appreciate every single time you choose to support what we are doing. Thank you for all the comments when I troubleshoot, the suggestions in my inbox, the introduction to people who could help. Thank you to all brands who’ve already partnered with us throughout this journey. The money I make from this account goes straight into parts, maintenance, gas and the occasional sticker. You help keeping this old lady on the street. Most importantly: thanks Ethyl. We would not be here without you. Save travels everyone and see you down the road 🤝🤝🙌 • • • • #vanagon #westfalia #westy #vwt3 #campervan
