The CHAMP is in the building! Brendan had a fantastic day today at the 2026 AAU Taekwondo National Championships in Fort Lauderdale!where he won two gold medals! This impressive event draws over 3000 participants from across the country and other countries. Thank you to Master Ma’am @blackbeltmom3 and Coach Peter.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there….especially to these two men. My dad, Tom Ryan (right), and my father-in-law, Tom Lally (left). Great men! Real men, Good guys... husbands, fathers, providers, teachers, role models, grandfathers, and friends. The things you’ve said and done over the years have more and more meaning to me now that I’m a dad as well. Bren competed in the AAU Metro NY National Qualifiers for Tae Kwon Do today. He was thrilled to represent his school, Champions Martial Arts-Oceanside by competing in Breaking, Weapons, and Forms.
