At our Porsche @spiritmotorclub event at @the.smallest.cog, caught on camera by @carburettor_coffee modelling our latest merchandise and corralling our attendees for a drone photograph by @gettacticalmarketing. On Saturday 12th October we had the pleasure of having 65 cars and 150+ people at our exclusive event at @the.smallest.cog, the car restoration business owned by Richard Hammond and featuring on television series on @discoveryplusuk, “Richard Hammond’s Workshop”. Some of Richard’s personal cars were also present to view including his Porsche Turbo S, the yellow Ford Capri from the last ever @itsthegrandtour and tucked in a corner of the site, @jamesmaybloke’s Crosley you’ll remember from the Grand Tour also - it genuinely is tiny! We are grateful to the team at The Smallest Cog, particularly Lewis who assisted heavily as well as @richardhammond himself who very kindly took the time to come along to the event and spent much time chatting with attendees - a huge thank you sir! Thank you all for this incredible support, David & Owain. P.S and yes… that is Richard’s numberplate on the Porsche! ——————————————— 🍺 We’re back to Tiny Rebel Brewery in November, join our mailing list on our website to stay up to date and be the first to know! 🏁 Follow us @spiritmotorclub on Instagram for more jaw-dropping car content and stay tuned for our next spectacular event! ✨ 🎗️£2 from each ticket to support The Smallest Cog Team’s chosen good cause, the West Mercia Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre. 🔗 We love creating an environment for people to connect over their shared passion for cars; when we connect with like-minded people we improve our wellbeing and our mental health, the endorphins flow and we feel good. 🎟️ - Stay in touch by following us or joining our mailing list via our website as we announce our next events. 👉 www.spiritmotorclub.com ——————————————— Join our passionate community at Spirit Motor Club for incredible events and unforgettable experiences featuring the world’s most desirable automobiles. 📸 @thesimonbarrett Marketing by @defy.agency #911 #wales #cardiff #boxster #topgear #porsche #carevents #speedster #thegrandtour #thesmallestcog #porscheclassic #spiritmotorclub #porschemoment #richardhammond taken in Rotherwas Industrial Estate by @motoringmindset

I’ll say this, if someone told me a year ago that we’d be organising an event involving one of my all time top 3 blokes from the TV I’d have told them they were having me on. On Saturday though, we did it. In the words of Marty McFly (@realmikejfox) on Back to the Future, “if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything”. A little cheesy perhaps, but we’re still on a high and can’t wait to create more special moments for our supporters. Cheers, David & Owain. The cost? Free to register, qualifying vehicles are historic models up to 997 and 987 currently. Thank you @porsche! #911 #porsche #porscheclassic by @motoringmindset

Interior upgrade for the Porsche 911 996.2, my interior is in a special order colour - Natural Leather Brown - after putting up with the Black mats for the last couple of years I felt it was time for an upgrade and went for these bespoke ones in Assen Briwn Dogtooth with a sand trim and drivers carpet heel pad from @madmatzvw Couldn’t be more pleased, a heritage style nod that compliments this stunning interior that I’m always delighted gets so many compliments when I’m at events. Another interior upgrade coming soon. #porsche #911 #996 #porscheclassic #drivennothidden by @motoringmindset

Brief stop for me and the Porsche 911 996 just past Llangynidir Moor on the “Last Drive of ‘25” event on the 30th December. If you’ve looked at a 996.2 before and wondered… the answer is yes, buy it! Not one of our official @spiritmotorclub event, this one organised as a get together by our pal @fyfekarl with help from @p11ojk to bring together friends and members from Spirit and also @9.werks (this is why we hadn’t announced it officially). There were approximately 20 cars, great to see Spirit Motor Club members as well as those from 9Werks joining! ——————————————— 🚗 To stay in touch with our official events in 2026 join our mailing list (www.spiritmotorclub.com or by clicking our website link in the bio). Looking forward to planning epic road trips for 2026 as we reminisce of one of our 2025 events - our Longest Day Driving Tour on Saturday 21st June (The Summer Solstice), what a day it was! Starting in Newport we took 12 cars on a curated trip through Mid Wales finest roads and beautiful scenery. From long and meandering roads to quiet and twisty tarmac it had it all. Most of all it had a group of wonderful people who really made the 9 hours of incredible driving an absolutely joy to be with. 🛞 This was a very limited ticket opportunity but we are planning ahead for future trips for 2026. 👉 Follow the link in bio to join our Mailing List and stay informed about Road Trips and Events from Spirit and to stay in the loop. ——————————————— 🚗 We’ll be back with our next event soon!
