Riding on a high at the moment from our event on Saturday! We welcomed 65 cars and 150+ people at our exclusive event at @the.smallest.cog, the car restoration business owned by Richard Hammond and featuring on television series on @discoveryplusuk, “Richard Hammond’s Workshop”.

Some of Richard’s personal cars were also present to view including his Porsche Turbo S, the yellow Ford Capri from the last ever @itsthegrandtour and tucked in a corner of the site, @jamesmaybloke’s Crosley you’ll remember from the Grand Tour also - it genuinely is tiny!

We are grateful to the team at The Smallest Cog including @isaacmarriott1 and in particular Lewis who assisted heavily as well as @richardhammond himself who very kindly took the time to come along to the event and spent much time chatting with attendees - a huge thank you sir, a true legend! Plus our friend @thesimonbarrett for taking such great photos - thank you.

Thank you all for this incredible support, David.

Get ready for an automotive masterpiece that’ll take your breath away! 💨🏎️ Presenting the stunning Porsche 911SC in an eye-catching Guards Red exterior and a luxurious tan interior, that attended the Spirit Motor Club Cars and Coffee event on Sunday 5th May.

What makes the 911SC a true icon? It embodies Porsche’s legendary formula: lightweight design, a driver-centric cabin, precise handling, and an impressive rear-mounted engine. 🚀 Experience the thrill of driving this classic sports car and feel the exhilaration that only a Porsche can deliver!

Well that was pretty unbelievable!

Our first @spiritmotorclub event @tinyrebelbrewerybar Initially thought it might just be @motoringmindset and I chatting to @thesimonbarrett while pretending everything was perfectly fine...but we had over 30 cars turn up. Absolutely blown away. Thanks to all who came and supported. Made a little money for @tidy_butt . We'll be back with more info on future gatherings soon.

An early start from Wales but a cracker of a day at @wearescramblers at @bicesterheritage on Sunday!

Lots of beautiful and incredible cars, it really has developed into such a great event for the motoring community.

We read recently that when is first started 10 years ago it had a handful of vehicles arrive for its first event … now 4,000 buy tickets to attend these superbly curated days 4 times a year.

There’s hope for @p11ojk and I (@motoringmindset) yet …. #10yearplan

Also delighted to finally get to meet various people in the community face to face at last including @askgeez, @legends_drivers_club, @993andy and many more. Thank for your time all!

We can’t wait for the next one in October - tickets selling fast!

Thanks, David & Owain
