Since there's been a very noticable uptick in kids in the gym blowing up their hands, figured this might be a post to make.

You have any obscure tips that I just have to add to the routine? by @motusninjas

A new challenger has entered the gym!
New to both locations, Classy Chalk! Now you too can have the power of @classyninja_kf in the palm of your hands.

📢 DATE CHANGE — WNA at @motusninjas

Due to some uncertainty around the filming schedule for the new season of American Ninja Warrior, we’ve decided to move the event dates to December 19–20.

While we know date changes aren’t always ideal, this gives our team the time and flexibility to make sure we can be 100% dedicated to creating the best possible course and experience for all of the women competing. 💜

Our priority is, and always will be, giving these athletes the event they deserve. We can’t wait to see you in Lee’s Summit! 💗 by @motusninjas

#MotusMonday
Come take a @kingdom_ninja clinic with us in 90 seconds!

From setup to warmups to even a special @classyninja_kf x Sasuke recreation row, plus some mindset and outlook talks, we had the privilege of hosting some incredible clinics throughout the weekend with American Ninja Warrior Daniel Gil, and we had an absolute blast with it!

What was your favorite part of the weekend? And who should we have out for our next clinic??

#WorldNinjaLeagueWednesday
It's been a week getting back into the swing of normal ninja, but thank you Fantasma Imagery for the hype video from our trip to @worldninjaleague
Thanks to @ninjaworksco , our team got 18 Stage buzzers, 22 Speed Buzzers, 16 Tech Buzzers, 23 Head-to-Head wins, and ONE WORLD CHAMPION.

Thank you thank you thank you to all the parents, coaches, and supporters through the season and especially through the hectic championships, but we can't wait to do it all again for Season XII!

A extra special #MotusMonday goes out to Coach Lincoln, because last week he went to @worldninjaleague Finals, threw down 3 @ninjaworksco buzzers, and became the 2026 Tier 2 Adult Male World Champion!

He's also our very first World Champion, and we can't wait to see how he crushes the course next season!

We've got plenty more Worlds recap posts to come, so stay tuned. by @motusninjas

We cannot gush enough about how our #PinkNinjaClub event this weekend, and have just been watching the hype video over and over.
Thank you thank you thank you, from all of us here at Motus, to all the ninjas that came out Sunday to check it out and hopefully take the first few steps in a lifelong sport for them.
