We reach the goal and immediately start looking for the next one. Even when life is genuinely good, there’s a restlessness underneath it. A sense that it can’t quite be this good.

Inside the ALIGN Leadership Program, you’ll expand your nervous system’s capacity to receive.

They started ALIGN doing great in the work world, but wanting more depth with the people they love.

Six months later, Rach found she could be vulnerable with her daughter and her husband. Leah learned to meet her kids where they are, instead of always trying to fix things. Justin showed up the way he wanted to for his kids and his marriage, and the people around him noticed. Jamil and his daughter are closer than ever.

Lace showed up for everyone around her, as a leader and a mom. On the outside she had it handled. But she knew that there was something more, she just didn’t know what. Her word for the year was “align,” so when she saw the ALIGN Leadership Program, she knew it could change everything.

Now she’s moved beyond limiting narratives and conditioning that were holding her back, propelling her career, transforming her love life, and changing how she shows up in motherhood.

She said she’d already gotten her money’s worth halfway through the program, before the trip even happened. Trekking to Machu Picchu became the bonus. 🏔️
