Tada-sana in the Himalayas ✨

We had our 3 month reunion call with our Everest Base Camp EXPERIENCE team last week and my heart has been soaking in memories from our time together in Nepal.

Enjoy some of my favorite “hands up” “strike a pose” “stop drop and asana” “how good can it get” mountain moments.

🏔️ 🙌 🤸‍♀️

The EXPERIENCE is such a special part of how we get to serve and grow the @mountainsandmarathons community. A bunch of heart-led humans who are down for adventure in service to their becoming, growth and expansion through challenge, and having a gooooood time!

Our next edition is PATAGONIA (70% full)! If you’re ready or even a little bit curious, comment “TADA” and we’ll chat! 💬

☀️This was the MASTERPIECE Summer Escape!

A couple of weeks ago, we invited graduates of our level-2 program MASTERPIECE to spend a few days in Mexico together - to connect and spend quality time that brings forth what only in-person gatherings can...

It turned out to be the perfect blend of pool and jacuzzi time, a hiking adventure to an ancient pyramid (of course we had to!), and conversations that left everyone more deeply connected to our shared humanity + energized for the months ahead.

Cheers to everyone who joined us and followed yet another wild invitation to new places. How good can it get! ✌🏼

For 10 years I knew this tattoo was coming.

I also knew: not yet.

Then it was time.

I thought the hard part would be the needle on my ribs.

Turns out the real initiation was everything that happened between sessions.

I wrote a 4 part email series on the whole journey.

From “WHAT THE F**K HAVE I DONE?” to “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!” and every messy layer inbetween, including how I applied the same frameworks we teach inside @mountainsandmarathons to navigate my way through it.

There's a faraway place...

That has moved more hearts with its spirit, tested more resilience through its unrelenting terrain, and saw more deep bonds forged between our people than any other.

In 2027, we are going back.

Mama Kili is calling.

Good things happen when men get together and talk about real stuff.

Last week I led a program: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 • 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

All 6 men - All husbands. All fathers. All leaders in their workplace/business. All a little burnt out.

Men hold a lot of responsibility. A lot is asked of them directly or implicitly. And the reality is most men don’t have many or any spaces to actually talk about the challenges that come with this kind of leadership and more importantly developing skills and tools to hold it all without abandoning self or losing your shit.

Throughout the week, we focused on core skills and principles around patience, presence, emotional regulation, connection, compassion and integrity. These are all qualities of a healthy masculine leader. Whether thats a father, husband, business leader, or all three.

The literal and metaphorical peak was summitting Mt Acatenango and witnessing Fuego erupt every 10-15 minutes. 🌋

Know a man who needs this? Send this to him.
Ready yourself? Let’s talk.

Big love from Cusco, Peru. 💛
