Spring Equinox: Yin & Meditation

Wednesday 23 September | 7:15–8:45pm
R300 per person

As the seasons shift, join @move.with.kd for a special 90-minute Yin & Meditation practice to welcome the arrival of spring. ✨

A gentle invitation to pause, reconnect and create space for what lies ahead.

Just as nature awakens and begins to grow, we’ll use this practice to soften what feels stagnant, restore balance and welcome the new season with clarity and intention.

Yin for Connection with @yoga.with.kd
Friday 17:15

Yin yoga focuses on slowing down, surrendering to stillness, and targeting connective tissues through long, passive holds. It encourages being present without agenda, accepting the body as it is, and fostering deep relaxation to balance high-energy lives.
