🌳 Outdoor Yoga with Amaya 🌳

Join us Saturday, May 10th for a morning of flow with the lovely Movement by Amaya! ✨

Movement by Amaya offers guided yoga classes that ease folks into a safe space with consideration for every–body’s capacity while confronting systems of oppression. By directing autonomous movement and play, we help create a practice that feels applicable and empowering.

This will be a free one hour yoga session. We will be meeting at Fresno City College and set to start at 10AM. You’re welcome to arrive early to make yourself comfy on the lawn and journal/rest/ground from 9:30am-10:00am, as well as stay to mingle and connect afterwards up to 12pm. 🫂

We suggest bringing sunscreen, water and a yoga mat! Please RSVP at the link in Queers Outside bio. 🫶🏼

Good morning from movementbyamaya x maarte☀️

Taking “the hardest part is getting to class” very literal today, between the surprise of the closed road and the half marathon, getting to the doors was a challenges all in itself.

The movement was amazing because of all these challenges! Whenever you arrived and how ever many different roads you had to take you. made. it!! I was so happy to move, to share the lesson of Titiksha( act of evolving/ endurance and taking responsibility) and flying together in birds of paradise.

To any folks that that the road blocks gave you trouble getting to class, I hope to see you next week with no closed roads in the way (and even if there is, we’ll do our best to notify yall asap 🫰🏽)!!
