From training in the jungle to building a new fitness community in Arizona—let’s reintroduce ourselves! 🌿✨

For those who are new here (or have been with me through it all):

✈️ I travel a lot—last year I flew enough miles to circle the Earth about 1.5 times.

🏝️ Most of that travel is for work, leading fitness classes at resorts around the world.

🇪🇸 I'm always working on my Spanish. Some days I'm fluent... some days I'm just confidently incorrect. 😂

🏋🏽‍♀️ I've been coaching fitness for over 10 years, and my favorite part is helping people get stronger, build confidence, and find their support community.

I'm so excited to be teaching at Life Time in the Phoenix area. Can't wait to meet you all and build an amazing community together! 💪🏽🔥

I’m not crying, you’re crying 😭⬇️

When I was listening to this podcast @moms.margs I felt so proud and impressed that I’ve had the privilege to know Dyllan @thedailydyll this past year. Then, I realized…wait, I’m the Friday morning Coach. 🥹

I’m shook bc this is the best compliment ever. I’ve never been confused about my job in Coaching. I know I’m here to help you achieve your goals, teach you how to move safely and give you feedback. My real passion is teaching you that you belong. I’m elated if that’s what I leave behind.
