Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole 👋 infant + pediatric physical therapist, craniosacral fascial therapist, board-certified pediatric clinical specialist, and mom of three in Denver.

I created Movevery because I believe every little body deserves to thrive, and every parent deserves a therapist who will look at the whole picture and truly listen.

My approach is holistic and hands-on, because everything in your baby’s body is connected. Every session blends gentle manual therapy, purposeful play, and real-life strategies you can use every single day.

Movevery exists to give you clarity, confidence, and a true partner in your child’s development from the very start.

I’m so glad you’re here. ✨ by @moveveryphysicaltherapy

Whether you’re wondering why tummy time is so hard or your toddler needs support for those first steps, we’re here for it. 💛

Movevery offers pediatric physical therapy for infants and toddlers from birth through age three, in three flexible ways:

🏠 In-Home — therapy in your baby’s natural environment, where they move, feed, and settle every day

🏥 Clinic-Based — hands-on manual therapy in a calm, focused space with intentional tools designed for little bodies

💻 Virtual — virtual physical therapy in Colorado, and virtual milestone sessions for families anywhere

Early support matters. The sooner we can identify and address concerns like torticollis, head preference, or delayed milestones, the more we can shape the path forward gently and proactively.

Not sure which is right for your family? That’s what our complimentary call is for. Link in bio. 🔗 by @moveveryphysicaltherapy

Movevery exists because every little body deserves to thrive, and every parent deserves to feel supported and empowered.

We specialize in the early signs. The things that often get brushed off or missed:

🌀 Torticollis & head preference
Did you know the APTA recommends screening for torticollis within the first 2-3 days of life? Early identification is everything.

🐢 Milestones
Development has windows. Early support during those critical periods can meaningfully shift your child’s path forward.

🧸 Tummy time struggles
Babies communicate through crying and fussing. It’s our job to listen, be detectives, and figure out what their little body is really trying to tell us.

🏗️ Floor time & early movement patterns
The foundation for crawling, standing, and walking starts here. What happens on the floor shapes everything that comes next.

📐 Plagiocephaly & head shape
Head shape responds best to early intervention. Small positional changes and manual therapy to support your baby’s body and movement can make a meaningful difference in those first months.

🍼 Body tension, reflux & belly troubles
These are rarely isolated. When one system is off, others feel it too. We look at the whole picture.

Our approach is whole-body, hands-on, and always family-centered. We’re guided by values of empowerment, collaboration, excellence, and trust, which means you’ll always leave with practical activities for everyday life, and the reassurance of being truly heard.

No more “shoulds.” Just support that meets your baby & child where they are. 💛

Everything between sitting still and crawling away. 🤍

Between 4 and 9 months, your baby isn’t learning three separate skills — they’re building one continuous story, and most of it happens in the messy in-between moments.

I’m teaching a 3-week Movement & Milestones series at @babyuniversity, and we’re getting into the movement behind the milestones:
Week 1 — Sitting with intention: prop sitting to independent sitting, trunk strength, and what “ready to sit” actually looks like
Week 2 — Transitions matter: in and out of sitting, weight shifting, and why how your baby moves matters as much as where they land
Week 3 — On the move: hands and knees, rocking, and the building blocks of crawling

Each session pairs movement exploration with practical guidance you can bring home the same day.

📍 Baby University — 10255 E. 25th Ave #11, Aurora
🗓️ Thursdays, Sept 24 • Oct 1 • Oct 8, 12:30–1:15pm
Space is limited, registration required — link in bio.

New here or a returning Snuggles & Milestones family, we’d love to have you!

P.S. — a new blog post is coming this week on why transitions deserve more credit than they get. Keep an eye out. 👀

Thrive After Birth is BACK. 🤍

Join us! Six weeks. Six incredible speakers. Six reasons to get out of the house, meet other parents, and add a few more tools to your postpartum toolbox.

But really? This series is about having somewhere to go.

A place where you don’t need to have it together before you walk through the door.

Come tired. Come with spit-up on your shirt. Feed your baby in the middle of class. Change a diaper. Cry if you need to. And lots of laughter.

Just come as you are.

Throughout the six weeks, we’ll bring in six amazing speakers to talk about different pieces of postpartum life, giving you practical information and resources while you build relationships with other parents figuring it out right alongside you.

Because postpartum can feel isolating and sometimes building your village starts simply by having a place to show up every week.

🤍 6-week postpartum series
🤍 6 guest speakers + topics
🤍 Community + connection
🤍 Practical tools for life after birth
🤍 $180 for the entire series

Thrive After Birth is designed with parents of babies 0–4 months in mind, but parents at any stage are always welcome.

No pressure. No expectations. No need to have it figured out. Bring your baby. Bring yourself. We’ll take it from there. 🤍

This is part one of a little 3-part series: torticollis → then flat head → case study. Save this and follow along. ✨

Did you know torticollis is one of the most common newborn conditions, and one of the most treatable, especially when we start early? Newborns can be screened for it as early as the first 2 to 3 days of life.

The head tilt is usually the first thing parents notice, but torticollis is rarely only that one muscle. Through the fascia, the web that links the body head to toe, that tightness can travel into the shoulders, hips, feeding, digestion, and how your baby rolls and reaches.

Signs worth watching for:

- Head tilted one way, chin turned the other way
- A strong preference to look in one direction
- Sleeps with the head turned one direction
- Trouble feeding on one side
- A flat spot is developing
- A C-shaped curve through the spine

Why early matters: the 2024 APTA Clinical Practice Guidelines recommend screening every newborn within the first 2 to 3 days of life. Started before 1 month, care often takes just 6 to 8 weeks. Wait longer, and the road gets longer too.

You know your baby best. If something feels off, trust that instinct; you don't have to wait and see. Our care is gentle, whole-body, and tear-free. 🤍

In Colorado, no referral needed. Reach out anytime for a complimentary discovery call. Link in bio. by @moveveryphysicaltherapy

Before every milestone, there is a transition. 🤍

Before rolling, before sitting, before crawling and walking — there is a moment in between. The shift. The reach. The weight transfer from one side to the other. That in between moment is where all the magic happens.

Transitions are where strength is built. Where coordination develops. Where the brain learns to plan and sequence movement. Every time your baby moves from back to side, from side to belly, from belly to sitting — their body is doing something extraordinary.

And here is the beautiful part. Every milestone your baby reaches is just the last one, done better. Rolling teaches the diagonal weight shift that crawling needs. Crawling teaches the pattern that walking builds on. It is all connected.

The wobble, the reach, the rotation. That is development happening in real time right in front of you.

Your job is to create space for it. Offer a toy just out of reach. Get on the floor with them. Let them figure it out. You will be amazed at what they can do when given the freedom to move.

Save this as a reminder next time you are on the floor with your baby. And if you have questions about your little one's movement, drop a comment below or head to the link in bio to get started. 🤍 by @moveveryphysicaltherapy

Hi, I'm Dr. Nicole. 👋

Whether you just found me or have been here a while, hi. I am so glad you are here.
I'm a pediatric physical therapist, board-certified pediatric clinical specialist, craniosacral fascial therapist, and a mom of three. Two wild, wonderful boys and my little girl, who for the record, holds her own just fine.

I fell in love with pediatric PT over a decade ago and knew early on that this was exactly where I was meant to be. But it was my second son who truly shaped why I do this work the way I do. Navigating his challenges as both a clinician and a mom cracked something open in me. I became more aware, more connected, and more deeply committed to making sure other families never feel alone in those moments.

That is how Movevery was born.
I believe parents know their child best. Always. My job is to come alongside you, listen, and look at the whole picture together.

I believe babies are constantly communicating through their bodies. Our role is to understand what they are telling us.

I believe in treating the whole child, not just one piece. Something like torticollis touches everything. Feeding, gross motor, fine motor, vision, sensory processing, and more. The earlier we support a baby and their family, the better. And I never do it alone. Collaborative care with the right providers around your child makes all the difference.

Outside of work you will find me running, on my yoga mat, in nature, snowboarding, or chasing my three kids somewhere outside. And forever missing my dog Ajax, my sweet puppy goose. 🐾

I start almost every morning with a green tea or almond milk matcha. And my favorite treat? Vegan ice cream or a square of Hu chocolate.

What drives me every single day is knowing that when a family feels truly seen and supported, everything shifts. That is the whole picture. And that is exactly what Movevery is here for. 🤍 by @moveveryphysicaltherapy

This one. 🤍

A two week old. A NICU stay. Tightness from in utero positioning. Feeding challenges. Gas. Hip tightness.

That is a lot for such a tiny body to be carrying. And it is a lot for a brand new parent to navigate.

This is exactly why I do what I do. Because nothing in a baby's body exists in isolation. The way they were positioned in the womb, how birth went, how they are feeding, how they are moving — it is all connected. And when we look at the whole picture together, we can start to make sense of what the baby is telling us, and make sure they have the right support around them.

I have been a little quiet here lately but I am showing up again with a lot to share. If you have a new baby and something feels off, trust that feeling. You know your baby best.

Before those first independent steps, babies spend months building confidence through movement ✨

Some of the “mini stones” we often see before walking:
• Dynamic standing
• Standing at vertical surfaces
• Cruising along vertical surfaces
• Transitions between two surfaces
• Baby squats and controlled lowering from standing
• Early supported stepping
• And lots of learning how to fall safely 😊

These little moments help build strength, balance, coordination, and motor planning for independent walking.

Every baby’s journey looks different and there are so many ways babies practice and explore movement along the way 🤍

If you have questions about your baby’s movement or development, we’re here to help. You can DM us or explore our services through the link in bio ✨ by @moveveryphysicaltherapy
