September Workshops are here!

A new month means more opportunities to learn, connect, move, and find a little more support for whatever season your family is in.

This month, our workshop calendar is full of ways to prepare for birth, navigate postpartum, connect with your little one, learn alongside other parents, and maybe even find a few new people to add to your village.

Because sometimes you come for the workshop and leave with so much more. ✨

Take a peek at what’s happening this September, send this to a parent who should come with you, and save it so you don’t forget your favorites.

We can’t wait to have you in our space. 🤍

Thrive After Birth is BACK. 🤍

Join us! Six weeks. Six incredible speakers. Six reasons to get out of the house, meet other parents, and add a few more tools to your postpartum toolbox.

But really? This series is about having somewhere to go.

A place where you don’t need to have it together before you walk through the door.

Come tired. Come with spit-up on your shirt. Feed your baby in the middle of class. Change a diaper. Cry if you need to. And lots of laughter.

Just come as you are.

Throughout the six weeks, we’ll bring in six amazing speakers to talk about different pieces of postpartum life, giving you practical information and resources while you build relationships with other parents figuring it out right alongside you.

Because postpartum can feel isolating and sometimes building your village starts simply by having a place to show up every week.

🤍 6-week postpartum series
🤍 6 guest speakers + topics
🤍 Community + connection
🤍 Practical tools for life after birth
🤍 $180 for the entire series

Thrive After Birth is designed with parents of babies 0–4 months in mind, but parents at any stage are always welcome.

No pressure. No expectations. No need to have it figured out. Bring your baby. Bring yourself. We’ll take it from there. 🤍
