When your day job and your fitness job collide >>> 🤝

Got to lead a youth fitness station at Wellness Day this week through my full-time role at the Courage. Pretty cool getting to bring a little piece of what I love outside of work into what I do every day. 💪🏼 by @movewellwithdanyel

That’s a wrap on my last block. @otfdurhammlk 🧡

The people made this job worth it. Thanks to every member who showed up, worked hard, and made coaching so enjoyable. I appreciate you all more than you know.

Working hard this summer in Technique Strengthening 💪 @prestigedanceinstituteinc

6 stations, 2 minutes @ each, 1 minute per side for unilateral work! These girls crush it every time and continue to push themselves!

Update ✨
I’m officially combining my dance and fitness accounts into one space — because both are such a huge part of who I am, and it only makes sense to bring them together here 🤍

This page is now home for all things movement: dance, fitness, wellness, classes, and everyday life in between.
If you’ve been with me on either account, thank you for being here 🫶

2025-2026 PDI season recap pt 2! So proud of all of our students & the work they put in. More importantly I’m proud of how connected they are to one another. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else 💕
