📍Siem Reap, Battambang, Koh Rong, Koh Rong Sanloem, Kampot, Phnom Penh Cambodia, you have my heart! An incredible country that should not be overlooked if you’re ever planning a trip to South East Asia Having spent just over 2 weeks here, I can confidently say that the people are one of the friendliest and most welcoming I have encountered on my trip so far! They just had a way of greeting you with genuine warmth that made you feel at home 🥹Of course, it’s hard to ignore the tragic and dark history that has shaped this country, but learning about its past gave me a deeper appreciation towards their culture and reminded me how privileged I am to be in a position where I can travel and learn from places with stories so different to my own… I’ll finish off with just saying that the islands were absolutely STUNNING 😭 the pictures really don’t capture how beautiful they were. Top tip, rent a bike & spend the day beach hopping in Koh Rong… every corner of this island was absolute paradise!!! 🏝️☀️🍹 by @movewith.caro

📍 Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Krabi, Phi Phi islands Rounding up the last bit of my trip in the South of Thailand with a few snapshots of these breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets. I experienced so many firsts here i.e first time diving!!! first time swimming with baby sharks & turtles… first time being called an aunty because God forbid I tell people I’m 29 😂😩 But my main takeaway will be all the beautiful friendships I made with people along the way… it truly made my time in Thailand so so special 🥹🫶🏼I spent just under 3 weeks here (including Khao Sok) and even though I would have loved to have visited more islands, it just gives me more of a reason to come back 😛 by @movewith.caro

📍Khao Sok National Park A place of calm and endless beauty I can’t quite put into words how incredibly magical this experience felt. There was just something so peaceful about waking up to the stillness of the lake and misty clouds in the first hours of sunrise. I chose to do the 1N2D package with @smileylakehouse which is perfect if you’re on a tighter budget and/or have time constraints. It’s been such a highlight of my trip so far and worth all the hype it gets 🥹🌅🍃🛶🐒 by @movewith.caro

SAWADEE KA👋🏼📍Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pai, Chiang Rai 🇹🇭I will forever have a soft spot for Thailand, the place where my solo travels began 🤍Exploring Bangkok & the North was the perfect start to my trip… slow mornings, mountain views, vibrant markets, and countless moments that made me fall in love with this beautiful countryIt might be because I’m a London girlie that I absolutely LOVED Bangkok but Chiang Mai… you have my heartttt!! It gave me the kind of peace that stays with you long after you leave and is definitely a place I’d love to revisit 🥹 by @movewith.caro

6 weeks ago was the start of a new adventure for me. I’d always followed the traditional path… school, graduate, then straight into corporate life. Especially coming from an ethnic household where education was everything, I never really considered the thought of travelling for months at a time, let alone doing it alone. But here I am, choosing something different. Choosing myself. It has been such an empowering experience so far, particularly because you learn quickly to trust your own instincts and stand by your decisions because they’re yours, made in your own time and in your own way. I’d like to think I’ve always been a pretty confident person when I’m around people. But solo travelling teaches you how to be comfortable with yourself when you’re outside of your comfort zone. It isn’t just about what you see but what it can show you and embracing a new perspective of what life has to offer. Nothing has been more freeing than being brave to do it alone 🥹🫶🏼 by @movewith.caro

COMMUNITY RUN TWO with @povsrun_ RUINING WITH A LATIN POINT OF VIEWThis crew represents Latin America at its core! With runners from Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Argentina and beyond, but what stood out most is how inclusive it was. A real mix of people, all coming together to celebrate culture, movement, and community.With salsa music playing, we partied through the streets! Conversations in Spanish flowed… but so did Spanglish, a proper blend of identities that felt uniquely London.That’s what this project is about: different communities, different stories, the same shared miles. Twelve of us left behind any heavy legs we had from our marathon long runs and danced through 10K. POVSRUN was set up two years ago by two sisters, Carolina & Andrea, and POV actually comes from the first half of their surname, which couldn’t be more fitting! A nod to sharing their heritage from their own unique point of view. #TheRoadToLondone by @movewith.caro

What a rollercoaster of emotions! Last Sunday I took on pacing duties for my lovely friend @ciao.its.g at the @mitjabarcelona 🇪🇸This was such a full circle moment as we had ran her first ever @povsrun_ together back when she was a complete beginner to now crossing her first half marathon hand in hand. Could not be any prouder of her accomplishment, especially as we beat her target of 2hr 15 (chip time 2:09:49)🥹🙏🏼This was a completely new experience for me as I had only ever ran for myself before. Doing something completely new and it showed me that it was all about trust. Teamwork. Shared grit. It was about knowing when to push, when to protect the pace, and when to simply be there. A special shoutout to @aaronshire who joined us, kept the vibes high and absolutely smashed his race too 🫡So proud of the team and group of people I have around me, I can’t wait to see what’s next in store for us 🚀🚀 by @movewith.caro

In 2026, we are… ✨stepping out of our comfort zone✨Grateful to have been given the opportunity to be part of my first ever panel, alongside my sister @pov_fitness . Felt like a real full circle moment too as it was in Elephant & Castle, the home and heart of @povsrun_ 🤍 We discussed the shift in wellness, the importance of cultural identity and breaking financial, systematic and cultural barriers within running. We’re living in an age where we are more digitally connected than ever, yet studies show that for most we still feel alone. Wellness and community have become spaces we turn to for connection, regulation, and belonging; and that’s why representation matters. Growing up, it was rare to see women that looked like us, latinas playing sports or being in positions of leadership to inspire and make space where we too can be seen and feel heard. We are often overlooked but I am passionate about being a voice for change and paving the way for future generations. Thank you @sutmlight for hosting an incredible night where we could be raw, honest and speak our experiences in a safe space. It’s important that we keep challenging, growing and pushing each other to create spaces that are inclusive, intentional and rooted in care 🙏🏼📸 @josh_snaps by @movewith.caro

VITALITY 10K DEBUT 💁🏻‍♀️I didn’t get a 10K PB but I did manage a cheeky 5k one (24:10) so a win is a win!!! The first time I run a 10k race where I felt like I could maintain a comfortable & consistent pace without feeling like I was dying halfway through 🙂‍↔️ It’s SO easy to get caught up in wanting a PB for each race but I’m learning that progress doesn’t always mean faster times; it can also mean feeling stronger, more in control, and actually enjoying the run.Until next time @vitalitylondon10k as you’ll definitely be seeing me again 🫡 by @movewith.caro

ALL GAS NO BRAKES BABY ⛽️💨📸 @simonrphoto Last night was epic, running through the streets of central London at the women’s event street time trial @ldn_slct x @nikerunning Women supporting women.
