Ironman 70.3 World Championship Lahti, Finland. 6:28.

A strong swim, strong bike, strong run and two underwhelming transitions later, felt so IMMENSELY proud to sport my country’s flag across that finish line 🇮🇳. I feel absolutely humbled and fortunate to have raced amongst the world’s bestest female athletes. The energy at this event was unparalleled. No force in the world as powerful as women 💖. Awaiting the official race photographs now 😊

Thank you coach @radkar82 , all my friends from @radstrongcoaching , and my loved ones who have supported me through it all. I am ever grateful to you all!

To my dear friend @charlie_onthe_rocks , this one was for you! 🍻 taken in Lahti, Finland by @movewithritz

The first of many posts to come 😊
14hrs 4mins and 14secs later:
“Rituja Udpikar, you are an Ironman!”
3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42.2km run, and the elements of the nature truly humble you to the core.
@radkar82 THANK YOU doesn’t come close to the gratitude I feel for you. 🙏🏻 only love; and congratulations on your, *wait for it*, 31st Ironman. 🙏🏻 taken in Tallinn, Estonia by @movewithritz

Maybe not every finish line is meant to be the one you planned for. Some are simply reminders that the work still counts.

Sometimes, it’s the people around you who make you believe you can keep going.

Today, a bunch of complete strangers did exactly that for me. 💜

Two more sleeps.

One week out and the bike is officially getting packed. 🚲📦
Suddenly this feels VERY real.

Seven months of showing up, even on the days nobody was watching.

The early mornings. The long rides. The hard sessions. The boring sessions. The days it felt incredible, and the days it really didn’t.

And now… 8 days.

Seven months of work, compressed into one finish line. 🇪🇸

Let’s see what’s left in the tank.
