Whenever I think I haven’t made progress, I look back at the beginning of my journey ✨

To anyone that thinks they need to start a transformation on a specific date (Jan 1st, beginning of the month, beginning of the week, etc.) I started mid month at the end of spring and that did not hinder any progress.

Just go out there and start lifting the weights.

1st time we’ve done pullups together & I’m obsessed 😍 one of my favorite exercises, because I’m so proud of myself for continuously working on them 💪🏻

Not even my best set, but having @bingo_brad side by side with me was a huge motivator to beat him 🤣 can’t wait to do this again!

What if….you just stick with it.

I showed up on the hard days, the tired days, and the “I-don’t-feel-like-it” days.

Now, looking back, I see not just physical progress—but mental and emotional growth too. I’m stronger, more confident, more disciplined. The person I was then could only dream of feeling this good, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come 💪🏻
