This weekend was a vibe and very inspiring. Great to meet a ton of new people that all have the same goals.

It was a ton of fun but now it’s time to get back in the lab.

Shout out to my wife, @movinghills for the surprise Christmas gift membership to @brickhausfitness
Got a quick back workout in to check the place out. Already can’t wait to get back for a chest day.
Something about the vibe in here makes me want to push myself harder.

6 years later and I still can’t believe I get to call the hottest, funniest, most incredible woman my WIFE. You’re my gym crush, my motivation when the discipline is lacking, my favorite person to dance with (or for 😅😉), and the only one who sits on the back of my bike.
You have been an amazing mom. An amazing cook. I love you.

Coming early is the superior move because you get to discover your new fav local DJ like @ahmad_the_prophet 🫶🫶

Killer back workout using some @panattaofficial equipment.
Just when I thought I was hitting all my back muscles with other equipment I jump on something new and everything changes 😅
