Somewhere between dance team coaching, practices, games, and mom life… I am still very much doing real estate too 🤍🏡

I have been a little quiet on here lately, but I am excited to start sharing more fun client updates soon! Whether you are thinking about buying, selling, just curious about the market, or looking for your next home in Placer County or surrounding areas, I am always happy to help answer questions and guide you through the process.
Busy season over here… but I wouldn’t have it any other way ✨ by @movingwithali

Today, we handed over the keys to this beautiful Loomis estate to clients who have quickly become friends. We saw many beautiful properties over the last several months but something kept bringing them back to this beauty. I can see why 🤩. It’s not often you come across a home with a lazy river! So very honored to co-represent the buyers with my broker @bryanpowell_granitebay . taken in Loomis, California by @movingwithali

𝑻𝒘𝒐 𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔. 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒚𝒆𝒓. 𝑵𝒐 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔
We just closed 8498 E. Hidden Lakes in Granite Bay — and this story has been two years in the making and it ended after a 12-day escrow!

Our buyer is moving closer to family. It’s a move that deserves full throttle — so when the road got bumpy, we didn’t let up.

4 offers. A full pivot to another home. Inspections that revealed deal breakers. A brave cancellation. Then — the house said yes!!

All of it in under three weeks. 12+ inspections, vendors, estimates, and day-of meetings. Two sets of strengths. One very happy buyer — finally home. 🏠

We did it @movingwithali 🙌

Dust off those boots, it’s time for some line-dancing fun at the “Ranch”! Johnson Ranch, that is 🤠💃🏼

Next Thursday, August 10th @ 5:45pm at the South Pool Deck as part of HOT AUGUST 🔥

I am excited to be teaching some fun and easy line dances for you to bust out at your next country concert or festival. Please message me about guest passes for non-members.

*We may be inside the studio if it’s too hot

I am honored and ecstatic to welcome back previous clients who sold their home and moved across the country. They knew they wanted to come back to a home with LAND and they found just that! I am so looking forward to moving this wonderful family back home to plant their roots in their forever home! 🏞️🏡🐐🐓
