The work is done. The hay is in the barn.

The race is tomorrow and you know I love my numbers.

Boulder 70.3 Prep
January 1 - June 13, 2026

100 miles swam
1,470 miles biked
470 miles run
69 hours of strength & mobility

And tomorrow I get to find out what it all adds up to.

This training block challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. There were a lot of days where life felt heavy, schedules felt impossible, and showing up wasn’t always easy.

If there’s one thing this year has taught me, it’s that even when life doesn’t go according to plan, you are capable of more than you think. You can still show up.

That’s what IRONMAN has always taught me: you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep moving forward.

No matter what happens tomorrow, I’m proud of this build. I’m proud of the consistency. I’m proud of the resilience. I’m proud of the person I’ve become through the process.

A lot of you have followed along over the last six months and seen the work, sweat and tears that have gone into this build. Thank you for being part of the journey.

The training is done.

Now let’s go have a race.

i guess you could call this a hard launch

been keeping this one to myself for a minute until this baby was finally delivered, but things are getting real over here.

beyond excited for my sponsorship with @quintanarootri and head into the 2027 season in cahoots with them 🤝

de Grasse goes to Grasse 🥹🇫🇷

About 45 minutes outside of Nice is a little town I knew I had to see for myself while I was in France and honestly a major reason I went. Walking through streets with my own last name everywhere felt a little SURREAL like one of those random pieces of family history suddenly became real. So obviously I wanna share with y’all, and a lil family history lesson feels necessary.

Admiral François-Joseph-Paul de Grasse, my distant 8th great-grandfather, was a French naval commander who played a pretty major role in the American Revolution!! In 1781, his fleet defeated the British at the Battle of the Chesapeake, helping cut off reinforcements to Yorktown and contributing to the British surrender shortly after.
BASICALLY a long, roundabout way of saying… he helped win the war 🇺🇸 🦅🤠 SO yes, a French de Grasse helped America win independence lol.

And then there’s Grasse itself, what a beautiful city, the perfume capital of the world. The area became known for perfume production centuries ago thanks to its flowers, especially jasmine, roses, and orange blossom, and it’s still a huge part of the fragrance world today. The region grows and supplies to some major luxury brands, including houses like Chanel, Le Labo, and Dior, while also being home to historic perfume houses like Fragonard (my fav and what I am related to) Molinard, and Galimard.

There’s even a memorial to Admiral de Grasse there, so naturally… de Grasse had to go to Grasse.

A little vulnerability and a little insight into what makes me, ME

I think sometimes it’s easy to look at someone’s life and see all the fun adventures, races and accomplishments w/o really knowing what’s going on behind the scenes ya know?
I’m proud of who I am and the life I’ve built, but oof, there are definitely parts of me that I’m still trying to figure out

Some of my biggest strengths are also some of my biggest struggles, and I’m learning that both can exist at the same time…so here’s a little peek behind the curtain. The good, the messy, and everything in between…but I swear I have good qualities tooo taken in Colorado by @mowdegrasse

Ironman has a chokehold on me.
Oof and at this point I’m not even trying to escape it. 😂

Finally sharing some of the professional photos from World Championships. Watching so many of my friends race Waco this weekend gave me that stupid little full-body buzz all over again and reminded me just how much I love this sport.
I’ve trained for a lot of different things over the last few years, but this is the sport that keeps claiming me.

It asks a lot of me like discipline, structure, sacrifice….but somehow gives even more back. It fills my cup, pushes me to see what I’m capable of, and has brought some pretty incredible people into my life.

Already signed up for the next TWO. 😂
