You are magic ✨🧿👐 don’t ever forget that. You are made of the same material as the cosmos and stardust that created the Universe. Don’t let the ways of the world harden your heart to forget that infinite possibilities exist in the Quantum field no matter how heavy or challenging your circumstances. Energy is not limited by time, space, or motion, only the thoughts and energies we give to this perceived “reality”.

You are MAGIC made manifest! ✨

Meet the woman behind The Barefoot Golfer. 🌴⛳️✨

For me, golf has never just been about the score.

It’s about the feeling of my bare feet on the earth. The sunshine on my skin. The quiet between shots. The laughter, movement, presence - and that feeling of being completely ALIVE.

I created The Barefoot Golfer at the intersection of so many things I love: golf, nature, wellness, healing, freedom and coming home to yourself.

Because somewhere along the way, I realized that healing doesn’t always have to happen sitting still.

Sometimes it happens while walking a fairway.
Sometimes it happens when you stop keeping score.
Sometimes it happens when you take your shoes off and remember how good it feels to simply be here. 🦶

This is golf with a little less pressure and a lot more soul.

Welcome to The Barefoot Golfer.

A golf wellness and therapy movement to be your sanctuary after a lifetime of holding trauma and conditioning that was never yours to hold.

FORE the feel of freedom. 🌴

Welcome home 🫶

Rebirth after seasons of diving into the depths invite the spirit of truly knowing who you are, without the trauma, the wounds, the conditioning that has become the burdens you beared. It takes a special kind of soul to rise above in resilience, to keep reaching for the light ✨ when all you feel is complete darkness. To truly love yourself seems simple, yet can be complex in its embodied spirit. To love ALL parts of you, both the wounded and the warrior.

If this is you, I celebrate you today. Let’s bask in this rebirth together. Comment REBIRTH below 🌞✨🩷

Today marks 11 years of me birthing my FB community, ALIVE with Jessica Schiller! 🎙️💥🩷✨

What began with a vision to step away from my 6 figure career in Venture Capital in SF to pursue a dream of holistic healing, and integrated wellness, has evolved into an entire movement of ALIVENESS in all auras of life, beyond physical wellness into spiritual, cosmic, and metaphysical elements of what it truly means to LIVE and feel your most ALIVE + VIBRANT self.

To all who are here, on IG or FB, and continue to share your magic, wisdom, and precious energy - thank you!!! 🤲🏽✨🫶

In these 11 years, I have birthed not only this community, but helped hundreds of women 1:1 from all corners of the world, hosted the online Sisterhood, Live Vibrant, released many online courses, birthed my ALIVE podcast in 2020, spoke on stages, both virtually and live at conferences, and most importantly beyond all these optics, feel more ALIVE than ever before, breaking patterns of trauma from my lifetime and lineage, which will create even more space for creativity to be borne from this cleansing, and Kundalini rising within me. 🧿

Today, let us celebrate 11 years of this magic + movement of the ALIVE spirit within you and our collective powers! 🌞

If you can, please share + celebrate below 👇🏻 with how this community or my work has touched your life!

Massive love, and cheers to 111 more! ✨

Vulneris de vulnere salus, which is Latin for “the wound freed us from the wound”. On this day after Easter, we can glean much wisdom from this, even if you are not religious, but rather as a spiritual meditation of freedom. Of what it means to truly “be free” is to allow the wound, and the suffering you carry to be the path forward by allowing, and not suppressing the suffering. From a somatic and trauma informed perspective, to know as Rumi said “the wound is the place where the light enters you” just as it entered Christ on the wounds of his death, into eventual resurrection.

A beautiful concept to contemplate if you are in the spirit of renewal, of your own personal resurrection. To know in any moment, as the Buddhists say, you can “begin again” 💛😂🫶

I’m a Projector, babe. I don’t gossip. I connect the dots. 🔮✨

There’s a difference between talking about people and recognizing patterns, reading energy, and discussing the facts. 👀

As a Human Design Projector, my gift is seeing what others may overlook — the subtle shifts, the inconsistencies, the unspoken dynamics, and the truth beneath the surface.

It’s not judgment. It’s discernment.

And trust me, when a Projector says, “Something feels off…” there’s usually a reason. 😂

We don’t spill the tea. We analyze the entire energetic blueprint. ☕️💅

Where are my fellow Projectors who just KNOW?! 👇

What if golf was never really about golf? 🌴⛳✨

What if the greatest lesson we could learn on the fairway had nothing to do with our swing, our score, or playing the perfect round?

What if it was about remembering how to PLAY again?

🌿 To feel free.
🌿 To release the pressure to perform.
🌿 To reconnect with our bodies.
🌿 To laugh, breathe, and simply BE.

Somewhere along the way, we learned to measure ourselves by how well we perform according to society’s measure of success.

But what happens when we take off the shoes, drop the expectations, and return to the essence of who we truly are?

That’s where The Barefoot Golfer™ was born.

Not simply as a way to play golf, but as a pathway back to ourselves.

Where ancient wisdom meets modern science. 🌎

At The Barefoot Golfer, we’re exploring the cutting edge of grounding therapy through golf, bringing together the restorative power of nature immersion, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation in an entirely new approach to experiencing the game.

By transforming the fairway into an outdoor space for mindful movement, sensory connection, and intentional presence, we’re reimagining what golf can offer beyond the scorecard.

🌿 The science of nature as medicine.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, The Barefoot Golfer embraces the therapeutic potential of intentionally immersing ourselves in nature.

Scientific studies on forest bathing have found associations with reduced cortisol levels, lower blood pressure, improved mood, and increased parasympathetic nervous system activity — the body’s natural rest-and-restore response. Some studies have also observed changes in immune-system markers, including natural killer cell activity.

And while forest bathing traditionally takes place among trees, its underlying principles of slowing down, engaging the senses, and connecting with the natural environment inspire our approach to the fairway.

Imagine bringing that same intentional presence to golf. (More in comments) 👇🏼 by @mozen_wellness

Watch this video to learn more about the vision and science + spirituality of why grounding and connecting to Mother Earth 🌍 is more potent than ever. In a world that is increasingly disconnected from its purest source of energy and consciousness, @barefootgolfer was designed to bring you back. To come ALIVE again after loss, trauma, or life’s challenges have kept you living in survival mode.

This is not just a nervous system reset, or a game that will give you solace for 4 hours, it’s a movement that can change and save your life. 💚⛳️🦶✨

🌴⛳️ What if the best part of golf had nothing to do with your score?

Somewhere between the sunshine, the fresh air, and the freedom of being outdoors, something shifts.

The mind gets quieter.
The body begins to soften.
And suddenly, you’re not thinking about everything you should be doing.

You’re simply living. ☀️

That’s the heart behind The Barefoot Golfer.

A reminder that life, much like golf, isn’t meant to be played perfectly.

It’s meant to be felt.

To laugh at the missed shots. To appreciate the unexpected turns. To reconnect with the earth, with nature, and most importantly, with yourself.

Because sometimes the most beautiful thing we find on the fairway isn’t our swing.

It’s ourselves. 🤎

Less perfection. More presence.
Less pressure. More play.
More moments that make us feel fully ALIVE. ✨

🌴⛳ WHY GOLF BAREFOOT? 👣✨

Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is take off our shoes, slow down, and reconnect with the earth beneath us.

At The Barefoot Golfer, we believe golf is more than a game. It’s an opportunity to ground ourselves, reconnect with nature, move with intention, and rediscover the freedom of simply BEING. 🌿

When our bare feet meet the earth, something beautiful happens…

👣 We reconnect. Feeling the grass beneath our feet invites us out of our heads and into our bodies.

🌿 We regulate. Time outdoors, mindful movement, and connection with nature can help ease stress and support nervous system well-being.

☀️ We awaken. Fresh air, sunshine, and movement can elevate our mood and energy.

💚 We become present. Every step becomes an invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and experience the moment.

✨ We remember. Healing doesn’t always happen in a therapist’s office, meditation room, or yoga studio. Sometimes it happens somewhere between the first tee and the final putt.

It’s not about playing a perfect round. It’s about feeling fully ALIVE while playing.

Because the greatest connection we make on the course might not be with the ball…

It might be with ourselves. 🤎

FORE the feel of freedom. 🌴

Hustle culture was created to keep us in fight or flight, and fear based conditioning. Mondays were meant for divine feminine flow. To ease into our week. It’s ruled by the Moon. It’s time we rethink this as the Moonday it is. 🌕 Intuition > Action. Take your power back, this is when we operate from creator consciousness.
