This one is personal.

No one did the work for me. I chose discipline. I showed up. I pushed through the hard days. I set a goal—and I reached it.

I truly cannot put into words the overwhelming feeling of WINNING MY IFBB PRO CARD. 🏆

Earlier this year, I won the Overall title at @wasatchwarriorshow , which qualified me to begin competing at the national level. That’s when a fire lit inside of me and I set a new goal: I wanted to earn my IFBB Pro Card before I turned 35 next March.

My first national show: 5th place at Universe
My second: 2nd place at North Americans
Then 1st in my class and 2nd runner-up overall T the @amateurolympia

Each time, we went back to work. We made small refinements. I kept showing up.

And then… IFBB PRO.

This achievement means so much to me because I know what I asked of myself to get here. I’m proud of the discipline, consistency, sacrifices, and determination it took to accomplish something I once never even imagined for myself.

But while no one could do the work for me, I absolutely did not get here without an incredible group of women in my corner.

My coach @slcrobynmaher — thank you for holding me accountable, believing in me, and giving me every tool I needed to be successful.

My vacuum coach @awaistintime — thank you for helping me SNATCH THIS WAIST TO A 22!!!

My girl @katielivingston1 — thank you for absolutely killing the stage hair and makeup game every single time and making me feel beautiful when I step on that stage.

My best friend @elizabeth_smart_official — thank you for asking me to try bodybuilding with you just a little over a year ago. I would have NEVER considered this sport without you, and somehow I ended up falling completely in love with it. Look what you started. ❤️

And my sweet mother hen @mrs.amanda.brady — thank you for always taking care of me backstage and for being such an incredible teammate, supporter, and friend.

Just over a year ago, I had no idea this would become such a huge part of who I am.

Now I get to say…

I DID IT.
I SET THE GOAL.
I DID THE WORK.
I EARNED MY IFBB PRO CARD. 🏆

Grateful is an understatement. taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @mpholsombake

Still on cloud 9 from my first national show. First call outs was the goal, top 5 was the icing on the cake. I got some great feedback from the judges and I am BUSTING IT to improve as much as I can in the next 7 weeks before the next one. Pittsburg, I’m coming for ya! 👊🏼 by @mpholsombake
