Olympia weekend was one for the books 🤍

From incredible food and unforgettable people to sharing the stage with some amazing Fit Models, every part of this weekend was so special. And getting to watch @jnssy take Top 3 on the Olympia stage? Definitely a moment I won’t forget.

A whole lotta bodybuilding this week, and I can confidently say… I really love this world. 🤍

Vegas, you were unforgettable.

Pittsburgh Recap: new friends, fiancé, family, and food 🙂‍↕️

Closing out my first bodybuilding season on a nationals stage and placing 4th was such an amazing experience. I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me through the highs, the lows, the long days, & all the meals weighed down to the gram.

The support I have from Conner, my family, my friends, and my amazing coach @_jtphysique , means more than I could ever put into a caption. Getting to experience this journey surrounded by so much love made it that much more special.🤍

And getting to prep alongside Conner made this season even better. There’s something special about having someone who understands the early mornings, the cardio, the meal prep, the exhaustion, & the crazy little bodybuilding world right alongside you. I’m so proud of him this season🫶🏼

I can’t wait for this growing season, getting stronger, enjoying some food (& maybe a beer or two), and getting back on stage.

Hot take: couples that bodybuild together, stay together 😉😘 @connerbost6

Another show for the books! Had such a blast. I’ve always said “just stepping on stage is a win for me!” And I completely stand by that. I competed in two classes: “Masters 35+,” which requires you to be 35 or older, and “Open Class D,” which is height-based. I placed at the bottom of both classes. Regardless of where I placed, I loved the whole experience, had an amazing coach (@slcrobynmaher), got to step onstage with my best friend (@mpholsombake), and had the best support squad in the audience I could ask for. I brought a better physique and stage presence than at my previous shows, and I’m so proud of myself for the hard work, discipline, and bravery it takes me to compete. So here’s to pursuing goals and not giving up!

The experience as an athlete all around is always stellar. To do it all with so many people I have been able to collect in to my bodybuilding family and love so much made the weekend even better!✨

Family portraits can be more then just a forced smile. They can be real honest moments that are true to who you ALL are as a family. Let the kids run, kiss your wife like you mean it, be present in the moment, and you’ll be surprised when it’s over, because a family session doesn’t have to be torture or dreadful. It can be full of life & love.

These moments are not just for you…they’re for your kids to look back at too.

Book the session. I promise you won’t regret it.
