It’s happening. 👀

MQR is having its soft opening at East Hub, Madinaty this Sunday, October 4th.

A new location, a new address for the same MQR experience, and a lot that’s been happening behind the scenes to get us here.

@StartupSceneME #SceneAD: As East Cairo continues to establish itself as a destination for business as much as residential living, Alburouj Business Park by IMKAN Misr has become a key part of that shift.

Now, flexible workspace operator MQR has opened its newest location at Alburouj Business Park, bringing its offering of private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and training facilities to the development.

Rather than offering conventional office leases, MQR's model centres on flexible, fully serviced workspaces that allow businesses of different scales to operate without the overhead of managing an office. The new location caters to everyone from freelancers and startups to growing companies through a mix of private offices, shared workspaces and bookable meeting and training rooms.

The opening signals a bigger change in how modern businesses work. Across Cairo as a whole, new business districts are taking shape alongside a growing demand for flexible workspaces, as entrepreneurs, established companies and hybrid teams look for new, adaptive solutions.

This is JUST the BEGINNING! 🔥

We launched our first Mentorship Circle in October 10th and what a day it was!

Our mentor Mr. Majid Hassabu, the Director of Employer Relations in George Washington University, USA gave us global insights on Employer Branding & University Relations initiatives happening between universities & employers in the US that impacts hiring and preparing students for employability🚀

We were able to benchmark our practices in Egypt with global practices and take notes of new ideas & initiatives to implement

But participants didn’t only enjoy the circle, surprisingly they enjoyed & loved our curated personal networking activity even more than we imagined!

They bonded, met like-minded people working in the same industry and shared experiences & persoectives

Your desk says more about you than your LinkedIn ever could. 📊

Minimalist? Organized? Covered in sticky notes? Running entirely on coffee?

We already have our theories.💡

Which one are you?🗂️ by @mqrspaces

Marketing Through Aggregators: the first workshop in Egypt built to show F&B brands how to win on aggregators not just exist on them.

One room. Real operators. Real data. Strategy that sells.

Powered by partners who made it happen:
@microsoftcopilot · @rabbit_eg · @qualidevtech · @alpha.investments1 · @bzlworks · @madarik.eg · @mqrspaces

We don’t follow the market. We strategize it. 🔥 by @mqrspaces

Consider this your official MQR dictionary.

Because some office words deserve a more honest definition.

What word should we add next? 👀 by @mqrspaces

We hear you! You need a Mentor!

You are probably bored of all the motivational videos on social media, successful career stories in podcasts, experts on stages of career summits & events telling you WHAT to do but NOT HOW to do it!

You need access to experts, leaders, practitioners in your field who walked the road you are trying to navigate to give you practical answers

We are getting you this ACCESS ✨

Access to those who reached where you want to reach, those whom you probably follow on LinkedIn but you aren’t lucky enough to know or meet them in person

The Mentorship Circle is a curated professional community & a platform that connects ambitious professionals with the right mentors

NOT another event but a carefully curated meetup & a platform that gives you access

Welcome to The Mentorship Circle, come for the Mentor, leave with ANSWERS, CONNECTIONS & PERSPECTIVES ✨
