Real Life Has No Manual. And that’s exactly why we’re doing this. 💙

How many times have you told yourself:

I need to stop overthinking.
I need to learn how to say no.
I need to be more confident.
I need to stop falling into the same patterns.

Yet somehow, you find yourself doing the same things again.

Because knowing what needs to change and knowing how to change it are two very different things.

That’s where Real Life Has No Manual comes in.

Our first Leadflekt open workshop series is designed around six challenges we experience in real life:

✨ Stop Overthinking It
💬 Say It Better
🧭 The People-Pleasing Trap
💪 Confidence in Action
⚡ Under Pressure
🌱 Make It Stick

Six interactive workshops. Real challenges. Practical tools.

This isn’t about sitting through another motivational talk or being told what to do.

It’s about understanding yourself, recognizing the patterns that hold you back, practicing new ways of responding, and discovering what works for YOU.

Because self-leadership isn’t something you simply learn about.

It’s something you practice.

Whether you’re navigating your career, relationships, difficult decisions, or simply trying to find your direction, this journey is about building the awareness and skills to move forward.

📅 Starting Saturday, November 7
📍 MQR Gateway, Cairo
🎟️ Limited seats | Early-bird offers available

🔗 Register through the link in our bio.

Or DM WORKSHOP for more details.

You don’t have to wait for life to teach you everything the hard way.

Start where you are. Find your way. Keep becoming.

Leadflekt | Self-leadership, practiced. Not preached.

This is JUST the BEGINNING! 🔥

We launched our first Mentorship Circle in October 10th and what a day it was!

Our mentor Mr. Majid Hassabu, the Director of Employer Relations in George Washington University, USA gave us global insights on Employer Branding & University Relations initiatives happening between universities & employers in the US that impacts hiring and preparing students for employability🚀

We were able to benchmark our practices in Egypt with global practices and take notes of new ideas & initiatives to implement

But participants didn’t only enjoy the circle, surprisingly they enjoyed & loved our curated personal networking activity even more than we imagined!

They bonded, met like-minded people working in the same industry and shared experiences & persoectives

Meet Hussein Rahbany.

Hussein (@3agouz ) Rahbany is a singer (bass), choir instructor and vocal coach who carries a deep passion for music in general, and “maqam music” in particular. He works on vocal training and teaching music in a style that relies on the study and understanding of musical maqams, which grants learners a deeper understanding of the difference between hearing and listening, and a broader awareness of their voices and their musical identity.

He started his project “@7asaballah_17” in 2020 to present through it workshops for group singing and the study of musical maqams, then the “مسارات موسيقية” camp, which is a camp dedicated to teaching maqam music and vocal training for beginners, then the “مسارات موسيقية - حكاية مدينة” camp to mix between learning music, exposure to the cultures of different cities, and getting to know their musical heritage.

He also presented through the project different events such as “نادي الكاسيت”, “دور ستاشر”, and others.
He also worked as a facilitator for group singing sessions for non-specialists since 2022, in cooperation with “JRNY”, “Nitrous”, “Mirqah”, “RTG”, and others.

Today, “عجوز” works with anyone who desires to learn singing, regardless of their background or level. His style is characterized by comprehensiveness and flexibility, and focuses on expression, feeling, and the true connection to the voice. He believes that singing is not only an art, but a means for self-discovery and sharing feelings honestly.
