Launching a watch is one thing. Delivering hundreds of them during a trade war is another.

In this clip, James Wong shares what happened after Nectere’s successful Kickstarter campaign. With a looming tariff deadline, no office, three different colorways, individually numbered watches, and just two founders packing every order by hand, it was about as hectic as it gets.

When I first saw Nectere’s Order From Chaos, it immediately resonated with me because of the unique case design.
