Always a joy to represent @2020levels at No. 10 Downing Street 🇬🇧

I was proud to attend alongside our Chief of Staff, @rachelkagutuzi and some of our amazing male alumni for a discussion on the opportunities and challenges facing young men and boys across the UK.

The conversations covered mental health, education, employment, masculinity, belonging and the importance of positive role models.

The highlight for me? Seeing our young people confidently sharing their lived experiences with ministers and policymakers. Their voices matter, and they deserve to be part of shaping the future.

For over 14 years, we’ve seen what’s possible when young people are given the right support, belief and opportunities. There is still so much more to do, but conversations like these are an important step in the right direction.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the event possible and an even bigger thank you to our alumni. You made us incredibly proud. 🙌🏾 by @mr.oye

One of my favourite moments… every single time!!!

End of cohort celebrations 🎉
Hearing what young people have gained over 10 weeks… then seeing them celebrated for showing up and committing to their growth!

10 weeks ago = strangers
Now = family

That’s community.
