⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️
A five-star aerial imagery review that highlights the care taken to document construction for Russell Home Renewal.
-
The goal isn’t simply to get a cool drone shot…It’s to create professional, useful documentation that helps builders showcase the work, communicate progress, and stand out from the pack.
-
Russell Home Renewal has been recognized as Savannah’s Best Home Remodeler two years in a row—2025 and 2026. That kind of recognition doesn’t happen by accident. The best know that consistently standing out requires consistently putting in the extra effort.
-
🤝
Thank you, @russellhomerenewal, for trusting Under One Sun with your construction documentation needs.
-
The best builders should consider investing in aerial imagery as part of their construction documentation strategy. It’s elevated marketing material, project-update fodder, and a powerful way to communicate the level of care going into your projects throughout the construction process.
-
I have two flight demo slots remaining for the month of September to sample these construction documentation services. DM to get started.📩

📐🏠The finished home is only part of the story. The build is the part of the story that deserves coverage…your clients will appreciate it.
-
🪽For this FLIGHT DEMO in Palmetto Bluff, I captured a home under construction from a perspective most people never get to see…flying FPV around the exterior to document the craftsmanship taking shape. With FPV, I see exactly what the drone sees through a set of goggles, giving me the ability to maneuver through and around spaces in a way that reveals the design thinking behind the structure and the craftsmanship of the build.
-
The split screen shows the intention before takeoff, alongside the flight itself. I chose not to fly inside…though with permission that can be arranged.
-
Many hands are invested in this process. Every home builder, designer, and architect that deals with homes knows that client expectations, patience, and updates go hand in hand. Give them a way to remain engaged in the build process as the home of their dreams comes together.

💡📐It pays to get the details right.

Transitioning from design development to construction documentation, all the details getting worked out.

Shoutout to the master builder/sensei @petecallejas.

👂🏿What you’re hearing is a clip from our weekly project shakedowns, where we go through the work, challenge the details, and make sure the design is ready for the next phase.
-
From here, on to permitting and building.

I’m looking forward to seeing it all come together.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reviews like this remind me what residential design is really about.
-
💡A successful project isn’t just about creating a beautiful space—it’s about creating a process where clients feel informed, involved, and confident in every decision along the way. Every choice, from the overall layout to the smallest detail, shapes the finished result. My goal is to make sure those decisions never feel overwhelming, but empowering.
-
🏎️Hearing Mr. Kirkland talk about his retirement regimen of watching Formula 1 in his pool house and taking a dip in the pool is quite fulfilling!🏊🏼 There’s something special about watching a place that once existed only as sketches become part of someone’s everyday life.
-
Thank you @SavannahPools and Paul Daniels Landscape Design for including me in this project.

💡Every drone flight captures more than construction progress—it highlights the people turning plans into reality.

Construction documentation creates a lasting record of the build while recognizing the teamwork, precision, and pride that go into every phase of the project. 👷‍♂️🏗️

It’s amazing what happens when the drone goes up. Crews should take pride in the work they’re doing. Having an eye in the sky gives them a chance to express that pride in their hard work and craftmanship. 📸

A special thank you to @russell_home_renewal for the opportunity to document this beautiful home addition. 🤝

📩 Interested in seeing what drone documentation could look like on your next project? Send me a message to schedule a complimentary flight demo.
