Fashion for Cancer 2026 was created with love, purpose and hope.

I’m grateful for every person who believed in it, supported it and helped turn an idea into something meaningful.

I’ll carry this memory with me and continue to give back through more charity projects.

He didn’t smoke. He wasn’t overweight. He was, by his own words, a relatively active and healthy person.

In June 2023, Adrian Toh @mradrian_toh was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Adenocarcinoma, a form of Lung Cancer. Then in October 2025, it came back. Major surgery. Chemotherapy. A forced pause from everything he’d built.

And yet he’s still here. Still going and fighting like the true warrior he is. Treating cancer not as a death sentence, but as something he lives alongside, one day at a time.

This August, Adrian walks our runway. And Team FFC is honored to have him grace the catwalk. Our Charity Fashion Show is happening on:

Three relapses.

No one hopes to hear the words, “Your cancer is back.” I’ve heard them three times.

Each relapse has reminded me that life is unpredictable. It has also reminded me that I am stronger than I thought.
I don’t know what tomorrow will bring. But today, I choose hope. I choose gratitude. I choose to keep moving forward.
This is another chapter. Not the end of my story.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer.

Since then, I’ve faced 3 relapses, major surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and more challenges than I ever imagined.

Looking back, these are the 5 biggest lessons cancer has taught me.

* Health is everything. Nothing matters more.
* Positivity is a choice. I choose hope, even on the hardest days.
* You’re stronger than you think. Every setback revealed strength I never knew I had.
* Never take people for granted. The love and support of family, friends, and my medical team carried me through.
* Every day is a gift. I’ve learned to appreciate the little moments and live with gratitude.

3 years later, I’m still here. STILL FIGHTING!

Today is my first day of radiotherapy for my 3rd cancer relapse. Say what??

Another battle. Another mountain to climb.💪🏻

I’m staying positive, staying strong, and taking it one day at a time.😄

Day 30 of 100 ✅

30 straight days of hitting 10,000 steps a day.

Some days were easy. Some days I really didn’t feel like walking. But consistency isn’t about motivation. It’s about showing up anyway.

That’s how I approach life too. Once I commit to something, I see it through.

Grateful for my Walk Club buddies @maybel_mama @soonorsooner @sebzygoh @justjim who keep me accountable and motivated every day.

70 more days to go. One step at a time. 🚶‍♂️
