Most business owners schedule meetings.

The smartest ones schedule recovery.

Dr. Jean runs a busy contracting business, but still finds time to prioritize his health so he can maintain the energy, focus, and resilience his work demands.

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Recovery isn’t a luxury.
It’s part of performing at your highest level.
