Now it’s time for the men 👊

A highlight of just some of the incredible male athletes who stepped on stage at Mr & Mrs Devon 2026.

The condition. The physiques. The posing. The stage presence.

Months of training, prep, discipline and sacrifice all coming down to those few minutes under the lights.

The standard across our male categories continues to rise year after year, and we absolutely love seeing the level of competition being brought to the Mr & Mrs Devon stage.

Some seriously impressive physiques on display this year.

Gentlemen, you brought the standard. 🔥

A moment for the ladies 👏

This year, we received more applications from female athletes wanting to compete in Mr & Miss Devon than ever before, and we couldn’t be prouder to see the women’s side of Mr & Mrs Devon continuing to grow.

So, we wanted to share a highlight of just some of the incredible female athletes who stepped on stage with us this year.

To every single lady who competed, thank you.🙏

Thank you for the hard work, commitment, confidence and energy you brought to the stage. It’s been amazing to watch the female side of Mr & Mrs Devon continue to grow, with more women stepping up, challenging themselves and becoming part of our federation.

We absolutely love seeing Mr & Mrs Devon grow year after year, and we’re so proud of the community that continues to build around it.

A massive thank you to every competitor, coach, supporter and person who continues to be part of the journey.

And to all of our incredible ladies, keep showing up, keep pushing yourself and keep inspiring others to do the same. taken in The Devonport Playhouse by @mrandmissdevon

A highlight of an unforgettable day at Mr & Mrs Devon 2026 🔥

From the first athlete stepping on stage to the final comparisons, the standard, energy and atmosphere were incredible.

Months of prep, discipline, posing practice and hard work all came down to one day and every athlete brought something special to that stage.

We’re so proud of how much this show continues to grow and even more proud of the bodybuilding community that grows with it every year.

A huge thank you to every athlete, coach, supporter, friend, family member and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the day what it was.

Mr & Mrs Devon 2026…. what a show. 👏

Big physiques. Big energy. Big moments.

And we’re already excited for what’s next for 2027 📈

WHAT OUR COMPETITORS HAD TO SAY 🗣️

Months of prep. Early mornings. Hard sessions. Strict diets. When show day finally arrives, the experience should match the work you’ve put in.

We’re incredibly proud of the feedback we’ve received from our competitors:

✅“The whole day ran so smoothly from start to finish.”

✅“The backstage team were organised, friendly and made everyone feel relaxed.”

✅“You could really tell the competitors had been thought about.”

✅“The communication leading up to the show was some of the best I’ve experienced.”

✅“It never felt like we were just another number.”

✅“The production, staging and overall presentation made it feel like a proper event.”

✅“For anyone competing for the first time, I couldn’t recommend this show enough.”

✅“The improvement year after year is really noticeable.”

Our goal has always been simple: create a bodybuilding show where competitors feel valued, supported and proud to step on stage.

From registration to backstage, from the atmosphere to the production, every detail matters.

And we’re only getting started. 🏆

Thank you to every competitor, coach, supporter, spectator and member of the team who helps make the show what it is.

This is what it’s about. 🎤

The crowd. The support. The energy.

Watching the Over 50s step on that stage and give it everything after all the work, discipline and sacrifice that goes on behind the scenes.

And this year, the athletes have really noticed the incredible atmosphere you’ve all created. Even the venue made a lovely comment about the energy and support from the crowd.

And for the first time, we’ve sold over 300 tickets, an incredible milestone for us. 🙏

That’s down to every single one of you who comes along, cheers, claps and gets behind the athletes on that stage.

Thank you for helping create an atmosphere that makes these moments so special.

What an atmosphere. What a crowd.

Thank you 2026 spectators, hope to see you for 2027 👋 taken in The Devonport Playhouse by @mrandmissdevon

Massive respect to the Mr & Miss Devon Bodybuilding Show. 🫡

I just wanted to take a moment to give some recognition to everyone involved in putting this show together yesterday.
From the owners and organisers, to the production team and every single member of staff backstage — everything was so well run, and you could genuinely see how much thought goes into making the experience the best it can possibly be for the athletes.

It’s the little things that really stood out to me. The emails on the day reminding us to enjoy the moment and take in everything we’d worked so hard for. The clear timetables and lists backstage, having plenty of time to get ready, and staff who were organised, helpful and made you feel looked after from start to finish.

It’s obvious that this show isn’t just about putting on a bodybuilding competition — it’s about giving the athletes an experience they’ll remember.

Massive respect to everyone involved. You should all be extremely proud of what you’ve created. 👏🏼🫡
Mr & Miss Devon — an absolute credit to the sport. 🏆
